ከሚስቱም ከልጁም ፤

and by oath of your forefather ibrahim , and by you – his illustrious son !
በወላጂም በወለዳቸውም ሰዎች ( በአዳምና በዘሮቹ ሁሉ እምላለሁ ) ፡ ፡

then ask them whether your lord has daughters and they have sons .
( የመካን ሰዎች ) ጠይቃቸውም ፡ ፡ « ለጌታህ ሴቶች ልጆች ለእነርሱም ወንዶች ልጆች ይኖራልን ? »

now , ask them , has your lord daughters , and they sons ?
( የመካን ሰዎች ) ጠይቃቸውም ፡ ፡ « ለጌታህ ሴቶች ልጆች ለእነርሱም ወንዶች ልጆች ይኖራልን ? »

and when the son of mary was cited as an example , your people opposed .
የመርየም ልጅም ምሳሌ በተደረገ ጊዜ ሕዝቦችህ ( ከሓዲዎቹ ) ወዲያውኑ ከእርሱ ይስቃሉ ፡ ፡

( የመካን ሰዎች ) ጠይቃቸውም ፡ ፡ « ለጌታህ ሴቶች ልጆች ለእነርሱም ወንዶች ልጆች ይኖራልን ? »

your son has certainly been guilty of stealing . we did not see him stealing but testify according to what we know , and obviously we had no power to keep watch over that what is altogether hidden from us .
« ወደ አባታችሁ ተመለሱ በሉትም ፡ - አባታችን ሆይ ! ልጅህ ሰረቀ ፡ ፡ ባወቅነውም ነገር እንጂ አልመሰከርንም ፡ ፡ ሩቁንም ነገር ( ምስጢሩን ) ዐዋቂዎች አልነበርንም ፡ ፡

ask them , “ are the daughters for your lord , while for them the sons ? ”
( የመካን ሰዎች ) ጠይቃቸውም ፡ ፡ « ለጌታህ ሴቶች ልጆች ለእነርሱም ወንዶች ልጆች ይኖራልን ? »

" go to our father and tell him , ' father , your son committed theft . we say only what we have seen and we have no control over the unseen .
« ወደ አባታችሁ ተመለሱ በሉትም ፡ - አባታችን ሆይ ! ልጅህ ሰረቀ ፡ ፡ ባወቅነውም ነገር እንጂ አልመሰከርንም ፡ ፡ ሩቁንም ነገር ( ምስጢሩን ) ዐዋቂዎች አልነበርንም ፡ ፡

god has not created two hearts inside any one human being . god does not consider your wives whom you renounce by zihar as your mothers nor those whom you adopt as your sons .
አላህ ለአንድ ሰው በሆዱ ውስጥ ሁለትን ልቦች አላደረገም ፡ ፡ ሚስቶቻችሁንም እነዚያን ከእነርሱ እንደናቶቻችሁ ጀርባዎች ይሁኑብን የምትሏቸውን እናቶቻችሁ አላደረገም ፡ ፡ ልጅ በማድረግ የምታስጠጓቸውንም ልጆቻችሁ አላደረገም ፡ ፡ ይህ በአፎቻችሁ የምትሉት ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም እውነቱን ይናገራል ፡ ፡ እርሱም ትክክለኛውን መንገድ ይመራል ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , ask them , " do daughters belong to your lord and sons to them ?
( የመካን ሰዎች ) ጠይቃቸውም ፡ ፡ « ለጌታህ ሴቶች ልጆች ለእነርሱም ወንዶች ልጆች ይኖራልን ? »

ከፈርዖንም ቤተሰቦች ብርቱን ቅጣት የሚያቀምሱዋችሁ ወንዶች ልጆቻችሁን የሚገድሉ ሴቶቻችሁንም የሚተዉ ሲኾኑ ባዳናችሁ ጊዜ ( አስታውሱ ) ፡ ፡ በዚህም ውስጥ ከጌታችሁ ዘንድ የኾነ ከባድ ፈተና አለበት ፡ ፡
