ويعتبر أى إخطار كهذا يرسل بالبريد حسبما هو مذكور سابقا قد تم إعطاؤه أو إبلاغه بعد سبعة (7) أيام من إرساله بالبريد، وأى إخطار من هذا القبيل يرسل بالتلكس يعتبر قد تم إعطاؤه أو إبلاغه بعد أربعة وعشرين (24) ساعة من إرساله، وفى إثبات إعطاء أو إتمام أو إبلاغ ذلك يكفى، فى حالة إرسال أى إخطار بالبريد، إثبات أن الظرف الذى يحتوى على ذلك يحمل طابعا صحيحا وموجه حسبما هو مذكور أعلاه وقد وضع فى البريد. وفى حالة الإرسال بالتلكس يكفى إثبات أن هذا التلكس قد أرسل بطريقة صحيحة.
