they brought to the pharisees him that aforetime was blind.
Նրան, որ մի ժամանակ կոյր էր, բերին փարիսեցիների մօտ

shew me the tribute money. and they brought unto him a penny.
ինձ հարկի դահեկա՛ն ցոյց տուէք»: Եւ նրանք մի դահեկան բերեցին:

and they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.
Նրանք ուրախացան եւ խոստացան նրան արծաթ տալ:

and they all forsook him, and fled.
Այն ժամանակ աշակերտները բոլորն էլ լքեցին նրան եւ փախան:

and they brought the colt to jesus, and cast their garments on him; and he sat upon him.
Աւանակը բերեցին Յիսուսի մօտ. եւ դրա վրայ զգեստներ գցեցին, եւ Յիսուս նստեց դրա վրայ:

and they said, the lord hath need of him.
Եւ աշակերտները ասացին. «Իր տիրոջը պէտք է»:

and they began to pray him to depart out of their coasts.
Եւ սկսեցին աղաչել Յիսուսին, որ հեռանայ իրենց սահմաններից:

and they cried out again, crucify him.
Եւ նրանք, քահանայապետներից դրդուած, դարձեալ աղաղակեցին. «Խա՛չը հանիր դրան»:

send it to me now.
Ուղարկիր դա ինձ հիմա:

and they made signs to his father, how he would have him called.
Նշանացի ակնարկեցին նրա հօրը, թէ ի՛նչ կը կամենայ նրան կոչել:

and he believed in the lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness.
Աբրամը հաւատաց Աստծուն, եւ այդ հաւատը իր համար արդարութիւն համարուեց:

and simon and they that were with him followed after him.
Նրա յետեւից նրան փնտռելու գնաց Սիմոնը եւ նրանք, որ նրա հետ էին:

and he said likewise to him, be thou also over five cities.
Տէրը նրան ասաց. «Դու էլ՝ հինգ քաղաքների վրայ»:

(and they said unto him, lord, he hath ten pounds.)
Եւ ծառաները ասացին նրան. «Տէ՛ր, արդէն նա տասը մնաս ունի՛»:

and at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils.
Երբ երեկոյ եղաւ, արեւի մայր մտնելու ժամանակ, նրա մօտ էին բերում բոլոր հիւանդներին եւ դիւահարներին:

and they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them.
Մանուկներին էլ մօտեցնում էին նրան, որպէսզի նրանց դիպչի. երբ աշակերտները այդ տեսան, սաստեցին բերողներին:

and they did all eat, and were filled.
Կերան եւ յագեցան

and he said unto them that stood by, take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds.
Եւ սպասաւորներին ասաց. «Վերցրէ՛ք դրանից մէկ մնասը եւ տարէ՛ք տուէք նրան, ով տասը մնաս ունի»:

and the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar,
Զինուորներն էլ ծաղրում էին նրան. առաջ էին գալիս, քացախ էին մատուցում նրան եւ ասում.

and they reasoned among themselves, saying, it is because we have no bread.
Իսկ նրանք իրենց մէջ խորհում էին եւ ասում՝ հաց չունենք:
