Եւ նա ասաց. «Այդ բոլորը պահել եմ իմ մանկութիւնից»:

Նա պատասխանեց եւ ասաց նրան. «Վարդապե՛տ, այդ բոլորը իմ մանկութիւնից ի վեր արել եմ. արդ, ի՞նչ եմ պակաս թողել»:

Ա՛յն ժամանակ դու ազատուած կը լինես իմ նզովքից: Իսկ եթէ գնաս իմ տոհմի մէջ, եւ կին չտան, ինձ տուած երդումից ազատ կը լինես»:

Կանչելով Մովսէսին ու Ահարոնին՝ փարաւոնն ասաց. «Աղօթեցէ՛ք Տիրոջը, որ նա գորտերը հեռացնի ինձնից ու իմ ժողովրդից, որ ես արձակեմ ձեր ժողովրդին, նրանք գնան զոհ մատուցեն Տիրոջը»:
