and whither i go ye know, and the way ye know.
Եւ թէ ուր եմ գնում, այդ գիտէք, գիտէք եւ ճանապարհը»:

then they willingly received him into the ship: and immediately the ship was at the land whither they went.
Եւ ուզում էին նրան նաւակի մէջ առնել. եւ նաւակը շուտով հասաւ այն տեղը, ուր գնում էին:

and they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further.
Երբ մօտեցան այն գիւղին, ուր գնում էին, Յիսուս պատճառ բռնեց, թէ ինքը գնալու է աւելի հեռու տեղ:

and he returned unto his brethren, and said, the child is not; and i, whither shall i go?
Նա պատառոտեց իր հագուստները, վերադարձաւ իր եղբայրների մօտ ու ասաց. «Պատանին այնտեղ չէ, ես այժմ ո՞ւր գնամ»:

and if a man lie not in wait, but god deliver him into his hand; then i will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee.
Եթէ սպանութիւնը կատարուել է ոչ թէ սպանողի կամքով, այլ Աստուած է մատնել նրան նրա ձեռքը, ապա սպանողին թող ցոյց տրուի մի տեղ, ուր նա ապաստան թող գտնի:

after these things the lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
Այնուհետեւ Տէրը նշանակեց ուրիշ եօթանասուներկու հոգի եւս եւ նրանց իրենից առաջ երկու-երկու ուղարկեց այն բոլոր քաղաքներն ու վայրերը, ուր ինքը գնալու էր:

then said jesus again unto them, i go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither i go, ye cannot come.
Յիսուս դարձեալ նրանց ասաց. «Ես գնում եմ, եւ դուք ինձ կը փնտռէք եւ ձեր մեղքերի մէջ կը մեռնէք, քանի որ, ուր ես եմ գնում, դուք չէք կարող գալ»:

then said the jews among themselves, whither will he go, that we shall not find him? will he go unto the dispersed among the gentiles, and teach the gentiles?
Հրեայ առաջնորդներն իրար ասում էին. «Իսկ դա ո՞ւր պիտի գնայ, որ մենք դրան չգտնենք. միթէ հեթանոսների մէջ ցրուած հրեաների՞ մօտ պիտի գնայ եւ հեթանոսների՞ն պիտի ուսուցանի:

the wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the spirit.
որովհետեւ քամին ուր ուզում է՝ փչում է, եւ նրա ձայնը լսում ես, բայց չգիտես որտեղից է գալիս կամ ուր է գնում. այսպէս է եւ ամէն ոք, որ Հոգուց է ծնուած»:

jesus answered him, i spake openly to the world; i ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the jews always resort; and in secret have i said nothing.
Յիսուս նրան պատասխանեց. «Ես բացայայտ ասացի բոլորին. ես միշտ ուսուցանել եմ ժողովարանում եւ տաճարի մէջ, ուր հաւաքւում էին բոլոր հրեաները. եւ ծածուկ ոչինչ չեմ խօսել:

and he commanded the foremost, saying, when esau my brother meeteth thee, and asketh thee, saying, whose art thou? and whither goest thou? and whose are these before thee?
Նա առաջինին պատուիրեց՝ ասելով. «Եթէ քեզ հանդիպի իմ եղբայր Եսաւը եւ հարցնի, թէ՝ «Ո՞վ ես եւ ո՞ւր ես գնում, ո՞ւմ է պատկանում այն, ինչ քո առջեւից է գնում»,
