সুতরাং আপনি এতীমের প ্ রতি কঠোর হবেন না ;

আর সাহায ্ যপ ্ রার ্ থীর ক ্ ষেত ্ রে -- তুমি তবে হাঁকিয়ে দিয়ো না ।

therefor hath he no lover here this day ,
''সেজন্য আজ তার জন্যে এখানে কোনো অন্তরঙ্গ বন্ধু থাকবে না,

therefor keep your duty to allah and obey me ,
''সুতরাং তোমরা আল্লাহ্‌কে ভক্তি-শ্রদ্ধা কর ও আমার আজ্ঞাপালন কর।

therefor have i warned you of the flaming fire
অতএব , আমি তোমাদেরকে প ্ রজ ্ বলিত অগ ্ নি সম ্ পর ্ কে সতর ্ ক করে দিয়েছি ।

my earth is spacious . therefor serve me only .
হে আমার ঈমানদার বান ্ দাগণ , আমার পৃথিবী প ্ রশস ্ ত । অতএব তোমরা আমারই এবাদত কর ।

therefor of the bounty of thy lord be thy discourse .
আর তোমার প ্ রভুর অনুগ ্ রহের ক ্ ষেত ্ রে -- তুমি তবে ঘোষণা করতে থাকো ।

অতএব তুমি স ্ মরণ করিয়ে চলোচ নিশ ্ চয় স ্ মরণ করানোতে সুফল রয়েছে ।

''আর আমি এর জন্য তোমাদের কাছে কোনো পারিশ্রমিক চাই না, আমার পারিশ্রমিক তো বিশ্বজগতের প্রভুর কাছে ছাড়া অন্যত্র নয়।

and i ask of you no wage therefor ; my wage is the concern only of the lord of the worlds .
''আর আমি এ-জন্য তোমাদের কাছে কোনো মজুরি চাই না, আমার নজুরি তো ভূ-বিশ্বের প্রভুর কাছে ছাড়া অন্যত্র নয়।

therefor allah hath warded off from them the evil of that day , and hath made them find brightness and joy ;
অতঃপর আল ্ লাহ তাদেরকে সেদিনের অনিষ ্ ট থেকে রক ্ ষা করবেন এবং তাদেরকে দিবেন সজীবতা ও আনন ্ দ ।

অতএব , আপনি উপদেশ দান করুন । আপনার পালনকর ্ তার কৃপায় আপনি অতীন ্ দ ্ রিয়বাদী নন এবং উম ্ মাদও নন ।

and delivered him from the people who denied our revelations . lo ! they were folk of evil , therefor did we drown them all .
আর আমরা তাঁকে সাহায ্ য করেছিলাম সেই লোকদের বিরুদ ্ ধে যারা আমাদের নির ্ দেশাবলী প ্ রত ্ যাখ ্ যান করেছিল । নিঃসন ্ দেহ তারা ছিল দুষ ্ ট লোক , তাই তাদের সবাইকে আমরা ডুবিয়ে দিয়েছিলাম ।
