but i say unto you, that in this place is one greater than the temple.

but i say unto you which hear, love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,
ငါ့စကားကိုကြားရသော သင်တို့အား ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ သင်တို့၏ ရန်သူတို့ကို ချစ်ကြလော့။ သင်တို့ကို မုန်းသောသူတို့အား ကျေးဇူးပြုကြလော့။

ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ ဤစပျစ်ရည်မျိုးအသစ်ကို ငါ့ခမည်းတော်၏နိုင်ငံ၌ သင်တို့နှင့်အတူ ငါမသောက်မှီ နေ့တိုင်အောင် ယခုမှစ၍တဖန် ငါမသောက်ရဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

but i say unto you, that ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

တဖန်ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ ဣသရေလလူတို့သည် ဤအမှုကို မသိကြသလော။ မောရှေက၊ မရေရသော လူမျိုးအားဖြင့် သင်တို့သည် ငြူစူသောစိတ်ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ပညာမရှိသောလူမျိုးအားဖြင့် စိတ်ဆိုးစေခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊ ငါပြုမည်ဟု ရှေ့ဦးစွာ ဆို၏။

but i say unto you, that whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
ငါပညတ်သည်ကား၊ မှားယွင်းခြင်းအကြောင်းမှတပါး အခြားသောအကြောင်းဖြင့် မိမိမယားနှင့် ကွာသောသူသည် မိမိမယားကို မှားယွင်းစေ၏။ ကွာသောမိန်းမနှင့် စုံဘက်ခြင်းကို ပြုသောသူသည်လည်း သူ့မယားကို ပြစ်မှား၏။

but i say, that the things which the gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to god: and i would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.

therefore i say unto you, take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
ထိုကြောင့် ငါဆိုသည်ကား၊ အဘယ်သို့ စားသောက်ရမည်ဟု အသက်အဘို့မစိုးရိမ်ကြနှင့်။ အဘယ်သို့ ဝတ်ရမည်ဟု ကိုယ်အဘို့မစိုးရိမ်ကြနှင့်။ အစာထက် အသက်မြတ်သည်မဟုတ်လော။ အဝတ်ထက် ကိုယ်မြတ် သည်မဟုတ်လော။

but i say unto you, that whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
ငါပညတ်သည်ကား၊ ညီအစ်ကိုကို အထောက်မတန် အမျက်ထွက်သောသူသည် ရုံး၌အပြစ်စီရင်ခြင်း ကို ခံထိုက်ပေ၏။ ညီအစ်ကိုကို ကဲ့ရဲ့သောသူသည် လွှတ်တော်၌အပြစ်စီရင်ခြင်းကို ခံထိုက်ပေ၏။ ညီအစ်ကိုကို ကျိန်ဆဲသောသူသည် ဂေဟင်္နာအရပ်၌ မီးရှို့ခြင်းကို ခံထိုက်ပေ၏။
