but i am saddened that i have become a victim twice over.

ဟောဗပ်က ငါမလိုက်မသွားပါ၊ ငါ့နေရင်းပြည်၊ ငါ့အဆွေအမျိုးရှိရာ သို့ ပြန်သွားပါမည်ဟု မောရှေအား ဆို၏။

but i keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when i have preached to others, i myself should be a castaway.
သူတပါးကို ဆုံးမပြီးမှ ကိုယ်တိုင်ရှုံးသော သူမဖြစ်ရမည်အကြောင်း၊ ကိုယ်ကိုထိုး၍နှိပ်စက်လေ့ရှိ၏။

အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ ဆင်းရဲငြိုငြင်ပါ၏။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးသည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ချီးမြှင့်ပါစေသော။

but i am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.
အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ လူမဟုတ်၊ ပိုးကောင်မျှသာ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ လူများ ကဲ့ရဲ့စရာ၊ လူစုအရှက်ခွဲစရာဘို့ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
