ⲒⲤϪⲈ ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ϮϬⲒ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨϢⲈⲠϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲞⲨ ⲤⲈϪⲈⲞⲨⲀ ⲈⲢⲞⲒ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ⲪⲎ ⲀⲚⲞⲔ ⲈϮϢⲈⲠϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲈϨⲢⲎⲒ ⲈϪⲰϤ.

for by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of god:

for we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?

and if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. but if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
ⲒⲤϪⲈ ⲆⲈ ϦⲈⲚⲞⲨϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲒⲈ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚϨⲀⲚϨⲂⲎⲞⲨⲒ ⲀⲚ ⲠⲈ ⲘⲘⲞⲚ ⲠⲒϨⲘⲞⲦ ϤⲚⲀⲈⲢϨⲘⲞⲦ ⲀⲚ ϪⲈ.

but not as the offence, so also is the free gift. for if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of god, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, jesus christ, hath abounded unto many.

therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of abraham; who is the father of us all,
