um zwingende hoechstgehalte an rückständen von schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln auf gemeinschaftsebene festzulegen, müssen bestimmungen über hoechstrückstandsgehalte für amitrol, atrazin, binapacryl, bromophosethyl, captafol, ddt, dichlorprop, dinoseb, dioxathion, endrin, ethylendibromid, fenchlorphos, heptachlor, maleinsäurehydrazid, methylbromid (ausgenommen bestimmte erzeugnisse), paraquat, tepp, 2,4,5-t und toxaphen aus der richtlinie 76/895/ewg in die richtlinie 90/642/ewg übertragen werden.
