sa'an nan kuma muka sanya ku mãsu mayẽwa a cikin ƙasa daga bãyansu, dõmin mu ga yãya kuke aikatãwa.

have they not travelled through the land to see how terrible was the end of the people who lived before them.
shin, kuma ba su yi tafiya ba, a cikin ƙasã dõmin su gani yadda aƙibar waɗanda ke a gabãninsu ta kasance?

are they unable to see how we come to their land and reduce its borders.
shin, to, bã su ganin cẽwa lalle mũ, munã je wa ƙasarsu, munã rage ta daga sãsanninta?

then we made you successors on earth after them, to see how you would behave.
sa'an nan kuma muka sanya ku mãsu mayẽwa a cikin ƙasa daga bãyansu, dõmin mu ga yãya kuke aikatãwa.

do they not observe the camel, [to see] how it has been created?
ashe to bã zã su dũbãwa ba ga rãƙumã yadda aka halitta su?

have they (the unbelievers) not travelled sufficiently through the land to see how terrible the end was of those who lived before.
shin fa, ba su yi tafiya a cikin ƙasa ba, dõmin su dũbayadda ãƙibar waɗanda suka kasance daga gabãninsu ta zama?

is it not a warning for them to see how many generations living before them we destroyed and how they are now walking in their ruins?
shin, to, bai shiryar da su ba cẽwa da yawa muka halakarda (kãfirai) daga ƙarnuka, a gabãninsu, sunã tafiya a cikin masaukansu?

(muhammad), tell them, "travel through the land to see how terrible was the end of those who lived before.
ka ce: "ku tafi a cikin ƙasã sa'an nan ku dũbi yadda ãƙibar waɗanda suka kasance a gabãninku ta kasance.

does it not guide them [to see] how many generations we destroyed before them, among whose ruined dwellings they now walk about?
shin, ba ya shiryar da su cẽwa da yawa muka halakara gabãninsu, daga al'ummõmi sunã tafiya a cikin masaukansu?

so we shall call to account those to whom messengers were sent, and we shall call to account the messengers (to see how dutifully they conveyed the message, and how people responded to it).
sa'an nan lalle ne munã tambayar waɗanda aka aika zuwa gare su, kuma lalle munã tambayar manzannin.

and those to whom we gave the book* rejoice at what is divinely revealed to you**; and of those groups are some who deny parts of it; proclaim, “i am commanded only that i worship allah and not ascribe any partner to him; towards him do i call, and towards him only i have to return.” (* scholars among the jews and christians who accepted faith. ** the holy qur’an.)
kuma waɗanda muka bã su littãfi sunã farin ciki da abin da aka saukar zuwa gare ka, kuma daga ƙungiyõyi akwai mai musun sãshensa. ka ce: "abin sani kawai, an umurce ni da in bauta wa allah kuma kada in yi shirka da shi, zuwa gare shi nake kira, kuma zuwa gare shi makõmata take."
