only they are true believers whose hearts fill up with awe when the name of god is mentioned ; and their faith is further strengthened when his messages are read out to them ; and those who place their trust in their lord ,
सच्चे ईमानदार तो बस वही लोग हैं कि जब ख़ुदा का ज़िक्र किया जाता है तो उनके दिल हिल जाते हैं और जब उनके सामने उसकी आयतें पढ़ी जाती हैं तो उनके ईमान को और भी ज्यादा कर देती हैं और वह लोग बस अपने परवरदिगार ही पर भरोसा रखते हैं

and when they had forgotten that with which they have been admonished , we opened the gates of everything to them , until just as they were rejoicing in what they were given , we suddenly seized them and they were in utter despair .
फिर जिसकी उन्हें नसीहत की गयी थी जब उसको भूल गए तो हमने उन पर हर तरह की नेअमतों के दरवाज़े खोल दिए यहाँ तक कि जो नेअमतें उनको दी गयी थी जब उनको पाकर ख़ुश हुए तो हमने उन्हें नागाहाँ ले डाला तो उस वक्त वह नाउम्मीद होकर रह गए

woe to them that go down to egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the holy one of israel, neither seek the lord!
हाय उन पर जो सहायता पाने के लिये मि को जाते हैं और घोड़ों का आसरा करते हैं; जो रथों पर भरोसा रखते क्योंकि वे बहुत हैं, और सवारों पर, क्योंकि वे अति बलवान हैं, पर इस्राएल के पवित्रा की ओर दृष्टि नहीं करते और न यहोवा की खोज करते हैं!

and they say : obedience . then when they so forth from before thee , a part of them plan together by night other than they had said : and allah writeth down that which they plan by night . wherefore turn thou from them and trust in allah and sufficeth allah as a trustee .
तो कह देते हैं कि हम फ़रमाबरदार हैं लेकिन जब तुम्हारे पास से बाहर निकले तो उनमें से कुछ लोग जो कुछ तुमसे कह चुके थे उसके ख़िलाफ़ रातों को मशवरा करते हैं हालॉकि ये लोग रातों को जो कुछ भी मशवरा करते हैं उसे ख़ुदा लिखता जाता है पास तुम उन लोगों की कुछ परवाह न करो और ख़ुदा पर भरोसा रखो और ख़ुदा कारसाज़ी के लिए काफ़ी है

and they say : obedience . but when they go out from your presence , a party of them decide by night upon doing otherwise than what you say ; and allah writes down what they decide by night , therefore turn aside from them and trust in allah , and allah is sufficient as a protector .
तो कह देते हैं कि हम फ़रमाबरदार हैं लेकिन जब तुम्हारे पास से बाहर निकले तो उनमें से कुछ लोग जो कुछ तुमसे कह चुके थे उसके ख़िलाफ़ रातों को मशवरा करते हैं हालॉकि ये लोग रातों को जो कुछ भी मशवरा करते हैं उसे ख़ुदा लिखता जाता है पास तुम उन लोगों की कुछ परवाह न करो और ख़ुदा पर भरोसा रखो और ख़ुदा कारसाज़ी के लिए काफ़ी है

it is by allah’s mercy that you are gentle to them ; had you been harsh and hardhearted , they would have surely scattered from around you . so excuse them and plead for forgiveness for them , and consult them in the affairs , and once you are resolved , put your trust in allah . indeed allah loves those who trust in him .
ख़ुदा की एक मेहरबानी है कि तुम नरमदिल उनको मिला और तुम अगर बदमिज़ाज और सख्त दिल होते तब तो ये लोग तुम्हारे गिर्द से तितर बितर हो गए होते पस तुम उनसे दरगुज़र करो और उनके लिए मग़फेरत की दुआ मॉगो और उनसे काम काज में मशवरा कर लिया करो इस पर भी जब किसी काम को ठान लो तो ख़ुदा ही पर भरोसा रखो क्योंकि जो लोग ख़ुदा पर भरोसा रखते हैं ख़ुदा उनको ज़रूर दोस्त रखता है

certainly among the people of the book are some who believe in god and in what has been revealed to you and had been revealed to them ; and they bow in humility before god , and do not trade for paltry gain the signs of god . their reward is verily with their lord ; and swift is the reckoning of god !
और अहले किताब में से कुछ लोग तो ऐसे ज़रूर हैं जो ख़ुदा पर और जो तुम पर नाज़िल हुई और जो उनपर नाज़िल हुई ईमान रखते हैं ख़ुदा के आगे सर झुकाए हुए हैं और ख़ुदा की आयतों के बदले थोड़ी सी क़ीमत नहीं लेते ऐसे ही लोगों के वास्ते उनके परवरदिगार के यहॉ अच्छा बदला है बेशक ख़ुदा बहुत जल्द हिसाब करने वाला है

also forbidden are married women , except those who have passed into your hands as prisoners of war . this is a commandment of god to you . all women other than these are lawful to you , provided you seek them with your wealth in honest wedlock , not in fornication . when you consummate your marriage with them , give the dowers due to them . and there is no sin for you in what you do by mutual agreement after the fixing of the dower . god is all knowing and wise .
और शौहरदार औरतें मगर वह औरतें जो तुम्हारे कब्ज़े में आ जाएं हराम नहीं ख़ुदा का तहरीरी हुक्म तुमपर है और उन औरतों के सिवा तुम्हारे लिए जायज़ हैं बशर्ते कि बदकारी व ज़िना नहीं बल्कि तुम इफ्फ़त या पाकदामिनी की ग़रज़ से अपने माल के बदले चाहो हॉ जिन औरतों से तुमने मुताअ किया हो तो उन्हें जो मेहर मुअय्यन किया है दे दो और मेहर के मुक़र्रर होने के बाद अगर आपस में राज़ी हो जाओ तो उसमें तुमपर कुछ गुनाह नहीं है बेशक ख़ुदा वाक़िफ़ और मसलेहतों का पहचानने वाला है
