वे तुमसे आदरणीय महीने में युद्ध के विषय में पूछते है । कहो , " उसमें लड़ना बड़ी गम्भीर बात है , परन्तु अल्लाह के मार्ग से रोकना , उसके साथ अविश्वास करना , मस्जिदे हराम से रोकना और उसके लोगों को उससे निकालना , अल्लाह की स्पष्ट में इससे भी अधिक गम्भीर है और फ़ितना , रक्तपात से भी बुरा है । " और उसका बस चले तो वे तो तुमसे बराबर लड़ते रहे , ताकि तुम्हें तुम्हारे दीन से फेर दें । और तुममे से जो कोई अपने दीन से फिर जाए और अविश्वासी होकर मरे , तो ऐसे ही लोग है जिनके कर्म दुनिया और आख़िरत में नष्ट हो गए , और वही आग में पड़नेवाले है , वे उसी में सदैव रहेंगे
