उसने देखा एक बिछू नदी की धारा में बह रहा है साधू ने उसे उठाकर कई बार बाहर निकालना चाहा । पर वो बार बार पानी में गिर जाता था । अंत में साधू सफल हो गया । परन्तु उसका हाथ लहुलुहान था । परन्तु साधू जब नदी से बाहर आया तो लोगो ने इसका कारण पूछा । तब साधू ने उत्तर दिया जब बिछू कीट होकर अपना स्वभाव नहीं बदलता तो मै मनुष्य होकर अपना स्वाभाव क्यों बदलूँ। सभी लोग साधू के लिए प्रसंसा के भाव से भरे थे।
