실로 현세는 유희와 오락에 불과하며 허식과 권세도 풍성한 재산과 자손도 그러하거늘 그것을비유하사 식물을 성장케 하여 농 부를 기쁘게 한 후 비가 내려 시 들어 누렇게 되고 메말라 부스러 지고 지푸라기가 된 것과 같더라 그러나 내세에서는 사악한 자들에게 가혹한 응벌이 있으되 하나님 께 헌신한 자 하나님의 관용과 기쁨을 받노라 실로 현세의 삶은 현흑된 향락에 불과하니라
