any notice or other communication (including, but not limited to, any request, demand, consent or approval) which are required to be given hereunder shall be in legible writing and shall be sent to the address of the recipient set out in this agreement. any such notice shall be delivered personally or by registered post or facsimile transmission and shall be deemed to have been served if by hand when delivered, if by post 48 hours after posting and if by facsimile transmission when dispatched. in the event of any change in the address or telephone number or facsimile number either party, the said party shall immediately notify the other party of such change.
