i am known as a motivated engineer experienced in monitoring, implementing efficient and cost effective manufacturing processes, and supervising employees. although i haven’t had any professional working experience in the wafer fabrication industry, i am willing to learn all the related technical and non technical knowledge with guidance. i’m hoping to be given a chance to experience the real world of wafer fabrication.
2. what is your greatest strength? • i am an analytical person where all the decisions are taken based on data interpretation and critical thinking where i developed these skills during my final year at university doing my final year report that required interpreting lots of data. i’m also a detailed oriented person that will prioritize every minor detail in a given task and project. • i easily adapt to new environments and surrounding and am flexible to new learn and continuously learning new things to improve myself over time. at top glove, i learn the glove production processes even though i spend my time at university and internship doing research related to wastewater treatment but i actually enjoyed the experience of learning all the processes at top glove.
