އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އަޅުން ކަމުގައިވާ إبراهيم ގެފާނާއި، إسحاق ގެފާނާއި، يعقوب ގެފާނު ހަނދުމަކުރައްވާށެވެ! (އެބޭކަލުންނީ) ހެޔޮ عمل ކުރެއްވުމަށް ބާރުގަދަ، ބުއްދީގެ أهل ވެރިންނެވެ.

say to those who do not have faith, ‘act according to your ability; we too are acting.
إيمان ނުވާ މީހުންނަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ގޮތުގައި ތިބެގެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން عمل ކޮށްބަލާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެންވެސް (ތިމަންމެންގެ ގޮތުގައި) عمل ކުރާނޫއެވެ.

and say to those who do not believe, “act according to your ability; and so will we.”
إيمان ނުވާ މީހުންނަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ގޮތުގައި ތިބެގެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން عمل ކޮށްބަލާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެންވެސް (ތިމަންމެންގެ ގޮތުގައި) عمل ކުރާނޫއެވެ.

do they worship things other than god which neither provide them with any sustenance from the heavens and the earth nor have the ability to do so?
اللَّه ފިޔަވައި، އެހެންފަރާތަކަށް، އެއުރެން އަޅުކަންކުރެތެވެ. (އެއީ) އުޑުތަކާއި، ބިމުން، އެއްވެސް އެއްޗަކުން އެއުރެންނަށް رزق ދިނުން މިލްކުވެގެން ނުވާ ތަކެއްޗެވެ. އަދި އެ ތަކެއްޗަށް، އެކަމަކަށް ކުޅަދާނަވެގެނެއް ނުމެވޭމެއެވެ.

and we do not lay on any soul a burden except to the extent of its ability, and with us is a book which speaks the truth, and they shall not be dealt with unjustly.
އަދި އެއްވެސް نفس އަކަށް، އެ نفس އަކަށް ކުޅަދާނަވެގެންވާ މިންވަރަށް މެނުވީ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ تكليف އެއް ނުޖައްސަވަމެވެ. އަދި حق ގޮތުގައި ބަސްބުނާ ފޮތެއް، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ގައިވެއެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންނަކަށް ބޭއިންސާފެއް ނުކުރައްވާހުށްޓެވެ.

it is for us to collect it and to give you (o muhammad saw) the ability to recite it (the quran),
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެ قرآن (ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ހިތްޕުޅަށް) جمع ކުރެއްވުމާއި، އަދި އެ قرآن ކިޔަވައިވިދާޅުވުމުގެ ކުޅަދާނަކަން ދެއްވުމަކީ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެއަށް އޮތްކަމެކެވެ.

and say to those who do not believe: "act according to your ability and way, we are acting (in our way).
إيمان ނުވާ މީހުންނަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ގޮތުގައި ތިބެގެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން عمل ކޮށްބަލާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެންވެސް (ތިމަންމެންގެ ގޮތުގައި) عمل ކުރާނޫއެވެ.

believers, if you fear god, he will grant you the ability to discriminate between right and wrong, and will forgive you your sins: for god is limitless in his great bounty.
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން، اللَّه އަށް تقوى ވެރިވާނަމަ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް حق އާއި، باطل ވަކިކުރާނެ މަގު، އެކަލާނގެ ދައްކަވާނެތެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކިބައިން ކުށްފާފަތައް ފިއްލަވާނެތެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ފާފަފުއްސަވާނެތެވެ. اللَّه އީ، ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ فضل ވަންތަކަމުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

whoever seeks refuge therein will be protected by the laws of amnesty. those who have the means and ability have a duty to god to visit the house and perform the hajj (pilgrimage) rituals.
ފާޅުވެގެންވާ ހެކިތަކެއް އެތާނގައި ވެއެވެ. إبراهيم ގެފާނު ހުންނެވިތަން (އޭގެތެރެއިން) ވެއެވެ. އެތަނަށް (އެބަހީ: ގެފުޅުގެ حرم ފުޅަށް) ވަދެއްޖެ މީހާއީ، أمان ކަން ލިބިގެންވާ މީހަކު ކަމުގައިވިއެވެ. އެކަމަށް މަގެއްފެނި ކުޅަދާނަވެއްޖެ މީހާ، އެ ގެފުޅަށް قصد ކޮށްގެންދިއުމީ، (އެބަހީ: حج ވުމަކީ) اللَّه އަށްޓަކައި މީސްތަކުންގެ މައްޗަށްއޮތް واجب އެކެވެ. (އެކަމާމެދު) ދެކޮޅުހަދައިފި މީހާ، (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، އެންމެހާ عالم ތައް ފިޔަވައި، ފުދިވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

they said: "we have great strength, and great ability for war, but it is for you to command; so think over what you will command."
އެއުރެން (އެކަމަނާއަށް) ދެންނެވޫއެވެ. ތިމަންމެންނީ، އާރާއި ބާރުހުރި ގަދަފަދަ ބަޔެކެވެ. ކަންތައް ކުރައްވާނެގޮތް އެނގިވަޑައިގަންނަވާނީ ކަމަނާއަށެވެ. ފަހެ، ކަމަނާ ކުރައްވާނެ أمر އަކާމެދު ވިސްނަވާށެވެ!

(if the recipients of charity are) the poor whose poverty, because of their striving for the cause of god, has become an obstacle for them, and who do not have the ability to travel in the land, they seem rich compared to the ignorant, because of their modest behavior. you would know them by their faces.
اللَّه ގެ މަގުގައި (جهاد ކުރުމުގައި) ބަންދުވެފައި ތިބި فقير ންނަށް (صدقات ދިނުން) ހުށްޓެވެ. އެއުރެންނަކަށް (ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ މަސައްކަތް ކުރުމަށް) ބިމުގައި ދަތުރުފަތުރުކޮށެއް ނޫޅެވެއެވެ. އެއުރެންގެ خبر ނުދަންނަ މީހާ ހީކުރަނީ، އެއްޗިއްސަށް ނޭދުމުގެ ސަބަބުން، އެއީ، މުއްސަނދިން ކަމަށެވެ. އެއުރެންގެ علامة ތަކުން، ތިބާޔަށް އެއުރެން އެނގޭނެތެވެ. އެއުރެން އެއްޗިއްސަށްއެދި، މީހުންނަށް އާދޭސްކޮށެއް ނޫޅޭނެތެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުން މުދަލުން ހޭދަކުރާ ކޮންމެ އެއްޗަކާމެދު (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه، އެކަންތައް މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.
