އޭ ހިތްހަމަޖެހިގެންވާ ފުރާނަޔާއެވެ!

that it is he who makes you rich and contented;
އަދި މުއްސަނދިކުރައްވަނީވެސް، އަދި فقير ކުރައްވަނީވެސް އެކަލާނގެއެވެ.

(how) that wherewith they were contented naught availeth them?
ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނަށް އެނގިވަޑައިގަންނަވާތޯއެވެ؟ ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން އެތައް އަހަރަކަށް އަރާމުކޮށް އުޅުމަށް ލެހެއްޓެވިކަމުގައިވިޔަސް، ދެން އެއުރެންނަށް وعد ކުރައްވާފައިވާ عذاب އެއުރެންގެ ގާތަށް އައުމުން، އެއުރެން ދުނިޔޭގައި އަރާމުކޮށް އުޅުމަށް ލެހެއްޓެވުމަކުން އެއުރެންނަށް އެއްވެސްކަމެއް ފުއްދައެއް ނުދޭނެތެވެ.

those who entertain no hope of meeting us, being pleased and contented with the life of this world, and those who give no heed to our signs,
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ރޭދުވާ ތަފާތުވުމުގައްޔާއި އުޑުތަކާއި، ބިމުގައި اللَّه ހެއްދެވި (އެންމެހައި) ތަކެތީގައި، تقوى ވެރިވާ ބަޔަކަށް دليل ތަކެއްވާކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

there are some among them who find fault with you concerning the distribution of alms. if a share is given to them they are contented, but if they receive nothing then they are angry.
صدقات ބެއްސެވުމާމެދު، ކަލޭގެފާނަށް ކުޑައިމީސްބަސް ބުނާ މީހުން އެއުރެންގެ ތެރެއިންވެއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއިން، އެއުރެންނަށް ދެއްވައިފިނަމަ، އެއުރެން ރުހެތެވެ. އެއިން އެއުރެންނަށް ނުދެއްވައިފިނަމަަ، އެހާރުން އެއުރެން ރުޅި އަރަތެވެ.

then, when they have fallen on their sides, eat of them and feed the contented and the beggar. thus we have subjected them to you, that you may be thankful.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައި، ޖަމަލުވެސް اللَّه ގެ شعائر ތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ލެއްވީމެވެ. އޭގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ހެޔޮކަމެއްވެއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެތަކެތި ބަނދެ (ކަތިލާހިނދުގައި) އެ ތަކެތީގެ މައްޗަށް اللَّه ގެ اسم ފުޅު ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކިޔާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އެތަކެތި (މަރުވެ) ވެއްޓުމުން އެއިން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކާށެވެ! އަދި އެއަށްއެދި سؤال ކުރާ فقير ންނާއި، سؤال ނުކުރާ فقير ންނަށްވެސް އެއިން ކާންދޭށެވެ! އެފަދައިން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެތަކެތި خدمة ތެރިކުރެއްވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން شكر ކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

and (as for) the camels, we have made them of the signs of the religion of allah for you; for you therein is much good; therefore mention the name of allah on them as they stand in a row, then when they fall down eat of them and feed the poor man who is contented and the beggar; thus have we made them subservient to you, that you may be grateful.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައި، ޖަމަލުވެސް اللَّه ގެ شعائر ތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ލެއްވީމެވެ. އޭގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ހެޔޮކަމެއްވެއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެތަކެތި ބަނދެ (ކަތިލާހިނދުގައި) އެ ތަކެތީގެ މައްޗަށް اللَّه ގެ اسم ފުޅު ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކިޔާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އެތަކެތި (މަރުވެ) ވެއްޓުމުން އެއިން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކާށެވެ! އަދި އެއަށްއެދި سؤال ކުރާ فقير ންނާއި، سؤال ނުކުރާ فقير ންނަށްވެސް އެއިން ކާންދޭށެވެ! އެފަދައިން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެތަކެތި خدمة ތެރިކުރެއްވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން شكر ކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.
