we never thought that either human or jinn would ever tell a lie against allah!'
އަދި اللَّه އާމެދު އިންސިޔަކުވެސް، އަދި ޖިންނިޔަކުވެސް އެއްވެސް ދޮގެއް ނުބުނާނެކަމަށް ތިމަންމެން ހީކުރީމުއެވެ.

but he who has done good things and believes, will have no fear of either being wronged or deprived.
އަދި مؤمن އަކު ކަމުގައިވާ حال، صالح عمل ތައް ކުރާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އަނިޔާއެއް ލިބިދާނެކަމަކަށް އަދި حق އެއް އުނިވެދާނެކަމަކަށްވެސް އޭނާ ބިރެއް ނުގަންނާނެތެވެ.

before them, not one of the communities which we destroyed believed either. will these believe?
އެއުރެންގެ ކުރިން إيمان ނުވި ކިތަންމެ ރަށެއްގެ أهل ވެރިންނެއް، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ހަލާކު ކުރެއްވީމެވެ. ވީއިރު އެއުރެން، ފަހެ، إيمان ވާނެ ހެއްޔެވެ؟

o ye who believe! take your precautions, and either go forth in parties or go forth all together.
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (عدوّ ންނާ ހަނގުރާމަ ކުރުމުގައި) ރައްކާތެރި ކަމުގައި ހިފާށެވެ! އަދި، ބައިބަޔަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ހަނގުރާމަޔަށް ނުކުންނާށެވެ! ނުވަތަ، އެންމެން އެކުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ހަނގުރާމަޔަށް ނުކުންނާށެވެ!

escape him you cannot either in the earth or in the sky; and you have no friend or helper apart from god.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނީ އުޑާއި، ބިމުގައި (اللَّه) ނުކުޅެއްދޭނޭ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައި ނުވެތެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަކަށް اللَّه ފިޔަވައި އެއްވެސް އެހީތެރިޔަކު، އަދި نصر ދޭނޭ މީހަކުވެސް ނުވެތެވެ.

abstain from sin, be it either open or secret. indeed those who commit sins shall surely be requited for all they have done.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުން، ބޭރުފުށުގެ ފާފަޔާއި، އެތެރެފުށުގެ ފާފަދޫކޮށްލާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ފާފަތައް ހޯދައިގަންނަ މީހުންނަށް، އެއުރެން ކޮށްއުޅުނު ފާފަތަކުގެ ސަބަބުން ޖަޒާ ލިބޭނެތެވެ.

and that “he – exalted be his majesty – has not taken to himself either a wife or a son”;
އަދި އަޅަމެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ عظمة ތެރިކަން މަތިވެރިވެގެންވެއެވެ. އަދި އެކަލާނގެ އަނބިކަނބަލަކުވެސް، އަދި ދަރިކަލަކުވެސް ނުހިއްޕަވައެވެ.

"go, thou and thy brother, with my signs, and slacken not, either of you, in keeping me in remembrance.
ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތަކާއިގެން ކަލޭގެފާނާއި، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ أخ ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ! އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ހަނދުމަކުރެއްވުމުގައި، ތިޔަ ދެބޭކަލުން ފަރުވާކުޑަ ނުކުރައްވާށެވެ!

all who dwell in the heavens and earth shall prostrate themselves before allah, either willingly or unwillingly; as do their shadows in the mornings andevenings.
އަދި އުޑުތަކާއި، ބިމުގައިވާހާ ބަޔަކާއި، އެއުރެންގެ ހިޔަނިތައްވެސް، ރުހުމުގައްޔާއި، ނުރުހުމުގައި، ހެނދުނާއި ހަވީރު، اللَّه އަށް (ކިޔަމަންވެ) سجدة ކުރެތެވެ.

and when the unbelievers plotted against you (prophet muhammad). they sought to either take you captive or have you killed, or expelled.
كافر ވި މީހުން، ކަލޭގެފާނު ހައްޔަރުކުރުމަށް، ނުވަތަ އަވަހާރަކޮށްލުމަށް، ނުވަތަ ކަލޭގެފާނު ރަށުން ބޭރުކޮށްލުމަށް ރޭވިހިނދު، ހަނދުމަކުރައްވާށެވެ! އެއުރެން މަކަރުވެރި، ނުބައި ރޭވުންތައް ރާވަތެވެ. އަދި اللَّه (އެއުރެންގެ ރޭވުންތައް، باطل ކުރައްވައި، އެއުރެންނަށް ކެހިލިބޭނެގޮތަށް) تدبير ކުރައްވަތެވެ. اللَّه އީ، މަކަރުވެރިންނަށްވުރެ، تدبير ކުރެއްވުން މޮޅު ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

could they not see that it could not return them a word (for answer), and that it had no power either to harm them or to do them good?
ފަހެ، އެ ބުދު އެއުރެންނަށް ޖަވާބެއް ނުދޭކަމާއި، އެއުރެންނަށް ގެއްލުމެއް، އަދި މަންފާއެއް ދިިނުންވެސް އެއަށް މިލްކުވެގެން ނުވާކަން އެއުރެންނަށް ނޭނގެނީހެއްޔެވެ؟

(they are fond of) listening to falsehood, of devouring anything forbidden. if they do come to thee, either judge between them, or decline to interfere.
(އެއީ) ގިނަގިނައިން ދޮގުބަސްތައް އަހާމީހުންނެވެ. حرام މުދާ ގިނައިން ކާމީހުންނެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއުރެން ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ އަރިހަށް އަތުވެއްޖެނަމަ އެއުރެންގެ މެދުގައި حكم ކުރައްވާށެވެ! ނުވަތަ އެއުރެންގެ ކިބައިން އެނބުރިިވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ! އެއުރެންގެ ކިބައިން ކަލޭގެފާނު އެނބުރިވަޑައިގަތަސް އެއުރެންނަކަށް ކަލޭގެފާނަށް އެއްވެސް ކަމަކުން ގެއްލުމެއް ނުދެވޭނެތެވެ. އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނު حكم ކުރައްވާނަމަަ އެއުރެންގެ މެދުގައި عدل އަށް حكم ކުރައްވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، عدل އަށް حكم ކުރާ މީހުންދެކެ اللَّه ލޯބިވެވޮޑިގެންވެތެވެ.
