އެއުރެން ދެންނެވޫއެވެ. އޭ لوط ގެފާނެވެ! ކަލޭގެފާނު (ތިމަންމެންނާ ދެކޮޅު ހެއްދެވުން) ހުއްޓަވައިނުލެއްވިނަމަ (ރަށުން) ނެރެލެވޭ މީހުންގެ ތެރެއިން ކަލޭގެފާނު ވާހުށިކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

they said, “o lut, if you do not desist, you will be expelled.”
އެއުރެން ދެންނެވޫއެވެ. އޭ لوط ގެފާނެވެ! ކަލޭގެފާނު (ތިމަންމެންނާ ދެކޮޅު ހެއްދެވުން) ހުއްޓަވައިނުލެއްވިނަމަ (ރަށުން) ނެރެލެވޭ މީހުންގެ ތެރެއިން ކަލޭގެފާނު ވާހުށިކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it.
އެއުރެންނަކަށް އެތާނގައި އެއްވެސް ވަރުބަލިކަމެއް ނުޖެހޭނެތެވެ. އަދި އެ ތަނުން ނެރުއްވާނެ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައިވެސް އެއުރެން ނުމެވޭމެއެވެ.

[allah] said, "then get out of it, for indeed, you are expelled.
އެކަލާނގެ وحى ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެ އެތަނުން (އެބަހީ: ސުވަރުގެއިން) ނުކުންނާށެވެ! ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކަލޭގެވަނީ، رحمة ން ބޭރުކުރައްވާފައެވެ.

[allah] said, "then get out of paradise, for indeed, you are expelled.
އެކަލާނގެ وحى ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ފަހެ، ކަލޭއެތަނުން (އެބަހީ: ސުވަރުގެއިން) ނުކުންނާށެވެ! ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކަލެއަކީ، رحمة ން ބޭރުކުރައްވާފައިވާ މީހެކެވެ.

how many a town we have destroyed which was more powerful than your town which expelled you, and they had no helper.
ކަލޭގެފާނު އެ ރަށަކުން ބޭރުކޮށް ނެރެލި، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ރަށަށްވުރެ ބާރުގަދަ ކިތައްކިތައް ރަށުގެ أهل ވެރިން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ހަލާކުކުރައްވައި ނެތިކުރެއްވިންހެއްޔެވެ! ފަހެ، އެއުރެންނަށް نصر ދޭނޭ އެއްވެސް މީހަކު ނުވެއެވެ.

and kill them wherever you overtake them, and expel them from where they had expelled you. oppression is more serious than murder.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެއުރެން (އެބަހީ: ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާ ހަނގުރާމަކުރާ މީހުން) ފެނުނު ކޮންމެ ތަނަކުން އެއުރެން قتل ކުރާށެވެ! އަދި އެއުރެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނެރުނުތަނުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެއުރެން ނެރޭށެވެ! އަދި قتل ކުރުމަށްވުރެ فتنة ވެރިކަމުގެ ނުބައިކަން ބޮޑެވެ. އަދި حرمة ތެރިވެގެންވާ މިސްކިތުގައި އެއުރެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާ ހަނގުރާމަކޮށްފުމަށް ދާނދެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެއުރެންނާ ހަނގުރާމަ ނުކުރާށެވެ! އެއުރެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާ ހަނގުރާމަކޮށްފިނަމަ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންވެސް (ހަނގުރާމަކޮށް) އެއުރެން قتل ކުރާށެވެ! كافر ންގެ ޖަޒާ ވަނީ އެފަދައިންނެވެ.

how many a village mightier than your own village, which has expelled you, we have destroyed there was none to help them!
ކަލޭގެފާނު އެ ރަށަކުން ބޭރުކޮށް ނެރެލި، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ރަށަށްވުރެ ބާރުގަދަ ކިތައްކިތައް ރަށުގެ أهل ވެރިން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ހަލާކުކުރައްވައި ނެތިކުރެއްވިންހެއްޔެވެ! ފަހެ، އެއުރެންނަށް نصر ދޭނޭ އެއްވެސް މީހަކު ނުވެއެވެ.

how many a city that was stronger in might than thy city which has expelled thee have we destroyed! and there was no helper for them.
ކަލޭގެފާނު އެ ރަށަކުން ބޭރުކޮށް ނެރެލި، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ރަށަށްވުރެ ބާރުގަދަ ކިތައްކިތައް ރަށުގެ أهل ވެރިން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ހަލާކުކުރައްވައި ނެތިކުރެއްވިންހެއްޔެވެ! ފަހެ، އެއުރެންނަށް نصر ދޭނޭ އެއްވެސް މީހަކު ނުވެއެވެ.

allah does not forbid you to be kind and to act justly to those who have neither made war on your religion nor expelled you from your homes. allah loves the just.

އެކަލާނގެ وحى ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. މަލާމާތް ލިބި، رحمة ން ދުރުކުރައްވާފައިވާ حال، ތިޔަތަނުން ކަލޭ ނުކުންނާށެވެ! އެއުރެންގެ ތެރެއިން ކަލެޔަށް تبع ވީ މީހުންނާއި، ތިޔަ އެންމެން އަޅުއްވައި، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ނަރަކަ ފުރުއްވާހުށީމެވެ.

and when the unbelievers plotted against you (prophet muhammad). they sought to either take you captive or have you killed, or expelled.
كافر ވި މީހުން، ކަލޭގެފާނު ހައްޔަރުކުރުމަށް، ނުވަތަ އަވަހާރަކޮށްލުމަށް، ނުވަތަ ކަލޭގެފާނު ރަށުން ބޭރުކޮށްލުމަށް ރޭވިހިނދު، ހަނދުމަކުރައްވާށެވެ! އެއުރެން މަކަރުވެރި، ނުބައި ރޭވުންތައް ރާވަތެވެ. އަދި اللَّه (އެއުރެންގެ ރޭވުންތައް، باطل ކުރައްވައި، އެއުރެންނަށް ކެހިލިބޭނެގޮތަށް) تدبير ކުރައްވަތެވެ. اللَّه އީ، މަކަރުވެރިންނަށްވުރެ، تدبير ކުރެއްވުން މޮޅު ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

(muhammad), how many towns, much more powerful than the one from which you have been expelled, have we destroyed and left helpless?
ކަލޭގެފާނު އެ ރަށަކުން ބޭރުކޮށް ނެރެލި، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ރަށަށްވުރެ ބާރުގަދަ ކިތައްކިތައް ރަށުގެ أهل ވެރިން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ހަލާކުކުރައްވައި ނެތިކުރެއްވިންހެއްޔެވެ! ފަހެ، އެއުރެންނަށް نصر ދޭނޭ އެއްވެސް މީހަކު ނުވެއެވެ.

but allah only forbids you to be guided by those who have fought against you in your religion's cause and expelled you from your homes or have supportedothers in your expulsion. whosoever takes them as guides are harmdoers.
اللَّه، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް މަނާކުރައްވާކަން ކަށަވަރީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ دين އާހުރެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާ ހަނގުރާމަކޮށް، އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ގޮވަތިގެދޮރުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނެރެލައި، އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ބޭރުކޮށްލުމަށް ވާގިވެރިވާ މީހުންނާ އެކުވެރިކަން ބެހެއްޓުމެވެ. އެއުރެންނާ އެކުވެރިކަން ބަހައްޓާ މީހުން (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެއުރެންނީ، ހަމަ އަނިޔާވެރިންނެވެ.
