ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ މަގުފުރެދުމުގެތެރޭގައި، ހިނދުކޮޅަކަށް ދާނދެން ކަލޭގެފާނު އެއުރެން ދޫކޮށްލައްވާށެވެ!

he said: know ye what ye did unto joseph and his brother in your ignorance?
އެކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ނޭނގިތިބި حال، يوسف ގެފާނަށާއި، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ أخ އާއަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކުރިކަންތައް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދެނެތިބީމުހެއްޔެވެ؟

(muhammad), leave them alone in their dark ignorance for an appointed time.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ މަގުފުރެދުމުގެތެރޭގައި، ހިނދުކޮޅަކަށް ދާނދެން ކަލޭގެފާނު އެއުރެން ދޫކޮށްލައްވާށެވެ!

he said, "are you aware of what you did to joseph and his brother in ignorance?"
އެކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ނޭނގިތިބި حال، يوسف ގެފާނަށާއި، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ أخ އާއަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކުރިކަންތައް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދެނެތިބީމުހެއްޔެވެ؟

, he said: "do you know what you did to joseph and his brother in your ignorance?"
އެކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ނޭނގިތިބި حال، يوسف ގެފާނަށާއި، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ أخ އާއަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކުރިކަންތައް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދެނެތިބީމުހެއްޔެވެ؟

nay, their hearts are in overwhelming ignorance with respect to it and they have besides this other deeds which they do.
އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! އެއުރެންގެ ހިތްތައްވަނީ، މި (قرآن) އާމެދު ނޭނގުމެއްގެ ތެރޭގައެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން ކުރަމުންދާ عمل ތަކުގެ އިތުރަށް، އެއުރެންނަށް އެހެން (ނުބައި) عمل ތަކެއްވެއެވެ.

do you lustfully approach men instead of women? nay, you engage in acts of sheer ignorance."
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން شهوانى އެދުން ފުއްދުމަށްޓަކައި އަންހެނުން ފިޔަވައި ފިރިހެނުންނާ ގާތްވަނީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟ އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަކީ، ތަންދޮރުނޭނގޭ جاهل ބަޔަކީމުއެވެ.

'do you know' he replied, 'what you did to joseph and his brother in your ignorance'
އެކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ނޭނގިތިބި حال، يوسف ގެފާނަށާއި، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ أخ އާއަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކުރިކަންތައް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދެނެތިބީމުހެއްޔެވެ؟

but to those who commit evil out of ignorance and then repent and amend their ways, thereafter your lord will be much forgiving, most merciful.
ދެން ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ (ފާފަފުއްސެވުން) ވަނީ، ނޭނގިތިބެގެން، ނުބައިކަންތައްކޮށް، ދެން އެއަށްފަހު توبة ވެ، إصلاح ވެގަތް ބަޔަކަށެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއީ، އެކަންތަކަށްފަހުވެސް، ގިނަގިނައިން ފާފަފުއްސަވާ، رحيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

do not insult those they call upon besides god, lest they insult god out of hostility and ignorance. we made attractive to every community their deeds.
اللَّه ދޫކޮށް، އެއުރެން އަޅުކަންކުރާ ތަކެއްޗަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެއްޗެހިގޮވައި ނަހަދާށެވެ! އޭރުން ނޭނގިތިބެ އެއުރެން عداوة ތެރިކަމުގެ ގޮތުން اللَّه އަށް އެއްޗެހި ގޮވައިފާނެތެވެ. ހަމައެފަދައިން، ކޮންމެ أمّة އަކަށްމެ އެބަޔެއްގެ عمل، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ޒީނަތްތެރިކޮށް ދެއްކެވީމެވެ. ދެން އެއަށްފަހު، އެއުރެން رجوع ވާހުށީ، އެއުރެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށެވެ. ދެން އެއުރެން ކޮށްއުޅުނު عمل ތަކުގެ ވާހަކައިން، އެކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންނަށް خبر އަންގަވާނެތެވެ.

believers, if one who publicly commits sins brings you any news, ascertain its truthfulness carefully, lest you harm people through ignorance and then regret what you have done.
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެގާތަށް فاسق އަކު خبر އަކާއިގެން އަތުވެއްޖެނަމަ، އޭގެ ދޮގުތެދުބަލައި، حقيقة ހޯދާށެވެ! (އެއީ) ނޭނގިތިބެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ބަޔަކަށް ގެއްލުންދެވިދާނެތީއެވެ. ފަހެ، އެހެންވެއްޖެނަމަ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކުރިކަންތަކުގެ މައްޗަށް ހިތާމަކުރާ ބަޔަކުކަމުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ވެދާނެތެވެ.

(allah accepts) the repentance from only those who commit evil in ignorance and then quickly turn to him in repentance. allah will relent towards them.
توبة ލެއްވުން اللَّه ގެ حضرة ން އޮތްކަން ކަށަވަރީ، ނޭނގިތިބުމާއެކު ނުބައިކަންތައްކޮށް، ދެން، އެކަންތައް ކުރުމާ ގާތުގައި (ލަސްނުކޮށް) توبة ވެ އުޅޭމީހުންނަށެވެ. ފަހެ، اللَّه، އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް توبة ލައްވަތެވެ. އަދި، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޮޑިގެންވާ حكيم ވަންތަ ކަލަކު ކަމުގައި اللَّه ވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

allah accept the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and repent soon afterwards; to them will allah turn in mercy: for allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.
توبة ލެއްވުން اللَّه ގެ حضرة ން އޮތްކަން ކަށަވަރީ، ނޭނގިތިބުމާއެކު ނުބައިކަންތައްކޮށް، ދެން، އެކަންތައް ކުރުމާ ގާތުގައި (ލަސްނުކޮށް) توبة ވެ އުޅޭމީހުންނަށެވެ. ފަހެ، اللَّه، އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް توبة ލައްވަތެވެ. އަދި، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޮޑިގެންވާ حكيم ވަންތަ ކަލަކު ކަމުގައި اللَّه ވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

indeed ruined are those who slay their children out of senseless ignorance and forbid the sustenance which allah has bestowed upon them, in order to fabricate lies against allah; they have undoubtedly gone astray and not attained the path.
އެއްވެސް علم އަކާނުލައި، ޖާހިލުކަމުން އެއުރެންގެ ދަރިން قتل ކޮށް، އެއުރެންނަށް اللَّه ދެއްވި ތަކެތި، اللَّه އަށް ދޮގުހެދުމުގެ ގޮތުން، حرام ކުޅަ މީހުން، ގެއްލި ހަލާކުވެއްޖެކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ. އެއުރެން މަގުފުރެދިއްޖެކަން يقين އެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންނަކީ، ތެދުމަގު ލިބިގެންވާ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައިވެސް ނުވެއެވެ.

in order to bear their full burdens on the day of resurrection, and some burdens of those whom they mislead with their ignorance; pay heed! what an evil burden they bear!
(އެއީ) قيامة ދުވަހުން އެއުރެންގެ ކުށްތައް ފުރިހަމައަށް އެއުރެން އުފުލުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. އަދި އެނގުމެއްނެތި، އެއުރެން މަގުފުރައްދާ މީހުންގެ ކުށްތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން ބައެއް (އެއުރެން އުފުލުމަށްޓަކައި) ވެސް މެއެވެ. ދަންނާށެވެ! އެއުރެން އުފުލާ ކުށްތަކުގެ ނުބައިކަމާއެވެ!

(and remember that) allah's acceptance of repentance is only for those who commit evil out of ignorance and then soon repent. it is towards such persons that allah turns graciously.
توبة ލެއްވުން اللَّه ގެ حضرة ން އޮތްކަން ކަށަވަރީ، ނޭނގިތިބުމާއެކު ނުބައިކަންތައްކޮށް، ދެން، އެކަންތައް ކުރުމާ ގާތުގައި (ލަސްނުކޮށް) توبة ވެ އުޅޭމީހުންނަށެވެ. ފަހެ، اللَّه، އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް توبة ލައްވަތެވެ. އަދި، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޮޑިގެންވާ حكيم ވަންތަ ކަލަކު ކަމުގައި اللَّه ވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.
