and of every thing we have created pairs: that ye may receive instruction.
ކޮންމެ އެއްޗަކުން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އަންހެން ފިރިހެން ދޭތި އުފެއްދެވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ހަނދުމަކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

here is a plain statement to men, a guidance and instruction to those who fear allah!
މިއީ، މީސްތަކުންނަށް އޮތް ސާފުސީދާ ބަޔާނެކެވެ. އަދި، މަގު ދެއްކެވުމެކެވެ. އަދި، تقوى ވެރިންނަށްއޮތް وعظ އެކެވެ.

by no means (should it be so)! for it is indeed a message of instruction:
ހަމަހިލާ އެހެންނަކުން ނުވާނެއެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެ آية ތަކަކީ، ހަނދާންކޮށްދިނުމެކެވެ.

and they will not be able [to give] any instruction, nor to their people can they return.
ފަހެ (އެހިނދު) އެއްވެސް وصية އެއް ކުރާކަށް އެއުރެންނަކަށް ކުޅަދާނައެއް ނުވާނެތެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ ގާތަކަށް އެއުރެން އެނބުރި ނުމެއަންނާނޭމެއެވެ.

o mankind, there has to come to you instruction from your lord and healing for what is in the breasts and guidance and mercy for the believers.
އޭ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ގާތަށް وعظ އަކާއި، ހިތްތަކުގައިވާ ބަލިތަކަށް شفاء އަކާއި، مؤمن ތަކުންނަށް ތެދުމަގަކާއި، رحمة އެއް އަތުވެއްޖެކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

this [qur'an] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of allah.
މިއީ، މީސްތަކުންނަށް އޮތް ސާފުސީދާ ބަޔާނެކެވެ. އަދި، މަގު ދެއްކެވުމެކެވެ. އަދި، تقوى ވެރިންނަށްއޮތް وعظ އެކެވެ.

"but as for him who believes (in allah's oneness) and works righteousness, he shall have the best reward, (paradise), and we (dhul-qarnain) shall speak unto him mild words (as instructions)."
އަދި إيمان ވެ، صالح عمل ކުރިމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހަކަށް ހެޔޮ ޖަޒާހުށްޓެވެ. އަދި އެމީހަކަށް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ފަސޭހަވެގެންވާގޮތެއް ދައްކަވާހުށީމެވެ.
