އެއުރެންނީ، ދަހިވެތިވާ މީހުންނެވެ. އަދި ދަހިވެތިވުމަށް މީސްތަކުންނަށް އަމުރުކުރާ މީހުންނެވެ. (اللَّه ގެ މަގަށް) ފުރަގަސްދޭމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، ފުދިވޮޑިގެންވާ، ގިނަގިނައިން حمد ލިބިވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

those who are niggardly and enjoin niggardliness on men; and whoever turns back, then surely allah is he who is the selfsufficient, the praised.
އެއުރެންނީ، ދަހިވެތިވާ މީހުންނެވެ. އަދި ދަހިވެތިވުމަށް މީސްތަކުންނަށް އަމުރުކުރާ މީހުންނެވެ. (اللَّه ގެ މަގަށް) ފުރަގަސްދޭމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، ފުދިވޮޑިގެންވާ، ގިނަގިނައިން حمد ލިބިވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

satan promiseth you poverty and commandeth you to niggardliness, whereas allah promiseth you forgiveness from himself and abundance; and allah is bounteous, knowing.
فقير ވެދާނޭ ކަމުގެ ބިރުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް شيطان އާ ބިރުދައްކަތެވެ. އަދި، އެ شيطان އާ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ނުބައިކަންތަކަށް އަމުރު ކުރެތެވެ. اللَّه، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް وعد ކުރައްވަނީ، އެކަލާނގެ حضرة ން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ފާފަފުއްސެވުމާއި، فضل ވަންތަ ކަމަށެވެ. اللَّه އީ، ތަނަވަސްވަންތަ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

those who are niggardly and command mankind to niggardliness and hide that which allah hath vouchsafed unto them of his grace; and we, have gotten ready for the infidels a torment ignominous;
އެއުރެންނީ، ދަހިވެތިވާ މީހުންނެވެ. އަދި، ދަހިވެތިވުމަށް މީސްތަކުންނަށް أمر ކުރާ މީހުންނެވެ. އަދި، اللَّه، އެކަލާނގެ فضل ވަންތަކަމުގެ ތެރެއިން އެބަޔަކަށް ދެއްވާފައިވާ ތަކެއްޗާއި ކަންތައް ވަންހަނާކުރާ މީހުންނެވެ. كافر ންނަށްޓަކައި، އިހާނަތްތެރި عذاب ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތައްޔާރު ކުރެއްވީމެވެ.

(nor) those who are niggardly or enjoin niggardliness on others, or hide the bounties which allah hath bestowed on them; for we have prepared, for those who resist faith, a punishment that steeps them in contempt;-
އެއުރެންނީ، ދަހިވެތިވާ މީހުންނެވެ. އަދި، ދަހިވެތިވުމަށް މީސްތަކުންނަށް أمر ކުރާ މީހުންނެވެ. އަދި، اللَّه، އެކަލާނގެ فضل ވަންތަކަމުގެ ތެރެއިން އެބަޔަކަށް ދެއްވާފައިވާ ތަކެއްޗާއި ކަންތައް ވަންހަނާކުރާ މީހުންނެވެ. كافر ންނަށްޓަކައި، އިހާނަތްތެރި عذاب ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތައްޔާރު ކުރެއްވީމެވެ.
