(އެބަހީ: އެންމެހާ ތަކެތި ފަނާވެދިއުމަށްފަހުވެސް ދިރިދެމިވޮޑިގެންވަނީ ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.)

he who emigrates in the way of allah will find in the earth enough room for refuge and plentiful resources. and he who goes forth from his house as a migrant in the way of allah and his messenger, and whom death overtakes, his reward becomes incumbent on allah.
اللَّه ގެ މަގުގައި هجرة ކުރާ މީހަކަށް، ބިމުގައި هجرة ކޮށްއުޅޭނެ ގިނަތަންތަނާއި، ތަނަވަސްކަން ފެންނާނެތެވެ. އަދި، اللَّه އާއި، އެކަލާނގެ رسول އާއަށްޓަކައި هجرة ކުރާ حال، އެމީހެއްގެ ގެއިން ނުކުންނަމީހާ، ދެން މަރުއައިސް އެމީހަކު އަތުލާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެމީހެއްގެ ދަރުމަ اللَّه ގެ حضرة ގައި ثابت ވެއްޖެއެވެ. ގިނަގިނައިން ފާފަފުއްސަވާ رحيم ވަންތަ ކަލަކު ކަމުގައި اللَّه ވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

and those who do not have the means to get married must keep chaste till allah provides them the resources by his munificence; and the bondwomen in your possession who, in order to earn something, seek a letter of freedom from you – then write it for them if you consider some goodness in them; and help them in their cause with allah’s wealth which he has bestowed upon you; and do not force your bondwomen into the dirty profession, while they wish to save themselves, in order to earn some riches of the worldly life; and if one forces them then indeed allah, upon their remaining compelled, is oft forgiving, most merciful.
އަދި ކާވެނިވުމުގެ މަގެއް ނުފެންނަ މީހުން عفة ތެރިވެ ތިބޭހުށިކަމެވެ! اللَّه، އެކަލާނގެ فضل ވަންތަކަމުގެ ތެރެއިން، އެއުރެން މުއްސަނދިކުރައްވައި، އެކަން ފުއްދަވައި ދެއްވައިފުމަށް ދާނދެނެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް މިލްކުވެގެންވާ އަޅުންގެ ތެރެއިން މިނިވަންވުމުގެ ލިޔުން އެދޭ މީހުންނާމެދު، (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެފަދަ ލިޔުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެމީހުންނަށް ލިޔެދޭށެވެ! އެއުރެންގެކިބައިން ހެޔޮގޮތެއް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެނގިއްޖެނަމައެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ދެއްވާފައިވާ اللَّه ގެ މުދަލުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެއުރެންނަށްދޭށެވެ! އަދި އެކަނބަލުން عفة ތެރިވެ ރައްކާތެރިވެ ތިބުމަށް قصد ކޮށްގެން ތިބޭނަމަ، ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިއުޅުމަށް ހޯދާ މުދަލެއް އެދިގަތުމުގެގޮތުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ޒުވާން އަންހެން އަޅުން، ޒިނޭކުރުމުގެ މައްޗަށް مجبور ނުކުރާށެވެ! އެކަނބަލުންނަށް، އެކަމަށް مجبور ކުރާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަނބަލުން مجبور ވެވުމަށްފަހު، اللَّه އީ، ގިނަގިނައިން ފާފަފުއްސަވާ، رحيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.
