and whosoever repents, and does righteousness, he truly turns to god in repentance.
އަދި توبة ވެ صالح عمل ކޮށްފިމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެމީހާއީ ގިނަގިނައިން اللَّه އަށް توبة ވާ މީހެކެވެ.

those who believe and work righteousness—for them is forgiveness and a generous provision.
ފަހެ، إيمان ވެ صالح عمل ތައް ކުޅަމީހުން (ދަންނާށެވެ!) އެއުރެންނަށް ފާފުފުއްސެވުމާއި، ދީލަތިވެގެންވާ رزق ހުށްޓެވެ.

and those who are guided - he increases them in guidance and gives them their righteousness.
ތެދުމަގު ލިބިގެންވާ މީހުންނަށް، އެކަލާނގެ ތެދުމަގު އިތުރުކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން تقوى ވެރިވެ، ރައްކާތެރިވުމުގެ މަގު އެކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންނަށް ފަހިކޮށްދެއްވިއެވެ.

އަދި توبة ވެ صالح عمل ކޮށްފިމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެމީހާއީ ގިނަގިނައިން اللَّه އަށް توبة ވާ މީހެކެވެ.

"so we intended that their lord should change him for them for one better in righteousness and near to mercy.
ފަހެ، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު އެދިވަޑައިގަތީ، އެ ދެމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ، އެކުއްޖާއަށްވުރެ ހެޔޮވެގެންވާ صالح، އަދި އޯގާތެރިކަންބޮޑު ކުއްޖަކު އޭނާގެ ބަދަލުގައި އެދެމީހުންނަށް ދެއްވުމަށެވެ.

and god will save those who maintained righteousness to their place of salvation. no harm will touch them, nor will they grieve.
އަދި اللَّه، تقوى ވެރިވިމީހުން އެއުރެންގެ ކާމިޔާބީއާއެކު ސަލާމަތްކުރައްވާ ހުށްޓެވެ. އެއުރެންނަކަށް އެއްވެސްކަހަލަ ނުބައިކަމެއް ނުޖެހޭނެތެވެ. އަދި ހިތާމަކުރާނޭ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައިވެސް އެއުރެން ނުވެއެވެ.

but none will keep it in remembrance except as allah wills: he is the lord of righteousness, and the lord of forgiveness.
އަދި اللَّه އިރާދަކުރެއްވިއްޔާ މެނުވީ، އެއުރެންނަކަށް ހަނދާނެއް ނުކުރެވޭނެތެވެ. އެކަލާނގެއީ (މީސްތަކުން އެކަލާނގެއަށް ބިރުވެތިވެ) تقوى ވެރިވުން حق ވެގެންވާ، އަދި (ކިޔަމަންގަތް އަޅުންނަށް) ފާފަތައް ފުއްސެވުމުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and let there be among you a community calling to virtue, and advocating righteousness, and deterring from evil. these are the successful.
ހެޔޮކަމުގެ މަގަށް ގޮވާ، އަދި ހެޔޮކަންތަކަށް أمر ކުރާ، އަދި ނުބައިކަންތައް ނަހީކުރާ ބަޔަކު ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ތެރެއިން ވާހުށިކަމެވެ! އެއުރެންނަކީ ހަމަ، ދިންނަވާނޭ މީހުންނެވެ.

and who is better in speech than one who invites to allah and does righteousness and says, "indeed, i am of the muslims."
اللَّه ގެ حضرة އަށް (އައުމަށް) ގޮވާލައި، އަދި صالح عمل ކޮށް، އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންނާވަނީ (اللَّه އަށް) ކިޔަމަންވާމީހުންގެ ތެރެއިންނޭ ބުނާމީހަކަށްވުރެ ރަނގަޅު ބަސްބުނާ މީހަކީ ކާކުހެއްޔެވެ؟

as to those who believe and work righteousness, verily we shall not suffer to perish the reward of any who do a (single) righteous deed.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، إيمان ވެ صالح عمل ތައްކުޅަމީހުން (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ހެޔޮކޮށް ކަންތައްކުޅަ މީހެއްގެ ދަރުމަ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ގެއްލެނި ނުކުރައްވާހުށީމެވެ.

and those that believe, and do deeds of righteousness -- those are the inhabitants of paradise; there they shall dwell forever.'
އަދި إيمان ވެ صالح عمل ތައް ކުޅަމީހުން، އެއީ ސުވަރުގޭގެ أهل ވެރިންނެވެ. އެއުރެންނީ، އެތާނގައި ދެމިތިބޭނޭ މީހުންނެވެ.

'fashion wide coats of mail, and measure well the links. ' -- and do ye righteousness, for surely i see the things you do.
(ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެކަލޭގެފާނަށް وحى ކުރެއްވީމެވެ.) ތިމާމެންގެ ހަށިތައް ނިވައިކޮށް ރައްކާތެރިކުރާ ދަހަނާތައް ހައްދަވާށެވެ! އަދި ދަހަނާތައް ހެއްދެވުމުގައި، މިންތައް ބައްލަވައި، ރަނގަޅަށް ހަމަކުރައްވާށެވެ! އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން صالح عمل ކުރާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެއީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރާ ކަންތައް މޮޅަށް ބައްލަވާވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.
