ރަށްތައް (އެބަހީ: ރަށްތަކުގެ أهل ވެރިން) އަނިޔާވެރިވެގެންވާ حال، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ ރަށްތައް ހިއްޕަވާހިނދު، އެކަލާނގެ ހިއްޕެވުންއޮތީ، އެފަދައިންނެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަލާނގެ ހިއްޕެވުމަކީ، ވޭންދެނިވި، ގަދަފަދަ ކަމެކެވެ.

ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ ކުރިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ކިތައްކިތައް أمّة ހަލާކުކުރެއްވިކަން އެއުރެންނަށް بيان ވެގެން ނުވޭހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެއުރެންގެ ގޮވަތިގެދޮރުހުރި ތަންތާނގައި، އެއުރެން ހިނގައިއުޅޭ حال ގައެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަމުގައި ބުއްދީގެ أهل ވެރިންނަށް ހެކިތަކެއްވާކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

އެކަލާނގެ وحى ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ އެއްބަޔަކު އަނެއްބަޔަކާ عداوة ތެރިން ކަމުގައިވާ حال، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (ބިމަށް) ފައިބާށެވެ! އަދި ބިމުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށްޓަކައި، قرار ވެ ތިބެނިވި ތަނަކާއި، ހިނދުކޮޅަކަށް ދުނިޔޭގެ ވަގުތީ އުފަލެއްވެއެވެ.
