عالم ތަކުގައި نوح ގެފާނުގެ މައްޗަށް سلام ހުށްޓެވެ.

and it is he who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to him you will be gathered.
އަދި އެކަލާނގެއީ، ބިމުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އުފެއްދެވި ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އަދި (قيامة ދުވަހުން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެއްކުރައްވާހުށީ، އެކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށެވެ.

and of his signs is that he created you from dust and you became humans scattered throughout the earth.
އަދި އެކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ވެލީން އުފެއްދެވުންވަނީ، އެކަލާނގެ ކުޅަދުންވަންތަކަމުގެ ހެކިތަކުގެ ތެރެއިންނެވެ. ދެން އެހިނދު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އިންސާނުންގެ ގޮތުގައި (ބިމުގައި) ފެތުރިގެންވަމުއެވެ.

he has made me blessed wherever i may be, and has enjoined upon me prayer and almsgiving throughout my life.
އަދި މިއަޅާ ކޮންމެ ތަނެއްގައި ވީނަމަވެސް، بركات ލައްވާފައިވާ އަޅަކު ކަމުގައި މިއަޅާ ލެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި މިއަޅާ ދިރިހުރިހާ ހިނދަކު، ނަމާދުކުރުމަށާއި، زكاة ދިނުމަށް، އެކަލާނގެ މިއަޅާޔަށް وصية ކުރެއްވިއެވެ.

say, "it is he who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to him you will be gathered."
ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! އެކަލާނގެއީ ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ބިމުގައި އުފެއްދެވި ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އަދި (قيامة ދުވަހުން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެއްކުރައްވާހުށީ އެކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށެވެ.

'but we think that we can by no means frustrate allah throughout the earth, nor can we frustrate him by flight.
އަދި ތިމަންމެންނަށް ބިމުގައި اللَّه ނުކުޅައްދައި ނުލެވޭނެކަމާއި، އަދި އެކަލާނގެއަށް ފިލައިގެން ދިޔުމުގައިވެސް ނުކުޅައްދައި ނުލެވޭނެކަން ތިމަންމެން يقين ކުރަމުއެވެ.

and when he goes away, he strives throughout the land to cause corruption therein and destroy crops and animals. and allah does not like corruption.
އަދި އެމީހާ ފުރަގަސްދީ ހިނގައްޖެނަމަ، ބިމުގައި فساد އުފެއްދުމަށްޓަކައި އަދި ދަނޑުފަނގާއި ދަރިފަސްކޮޅު ހަލާކުކުރުމަށްޓަކައި ބިމުގައި މަސައްކަތްކޮށް އުޅެތެވެ. اللَّه، فساد ވެރިކަމަކަށް ލޯބިވެވޮޑިގެނެއް ނުވެއެވެ.

thus they wronged themselves and we made them bygone tales and scattered them throughout the land. there are certainly signs in that for everyone who is steadfast and thankful.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެން (دعاء ކޮށް) ދެންނެވޫއެވެ. އަޅަމެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާކޯއެވެ! އަޅަމެންގެ ދަތުރުތަކުގެ ދެމެދުތައް މިއަށްވުރެން ދުރުކުރައްވައިފާނދޭވެ! އަދި އެއުރެން، އެއުރެންގެ އަމިއްލަ نفس ތަކަށް އަނިޔާވެރިވޫއެވެ. ދެންފަހެ، އެއުރެންނީ (މީސްތަކުންގެ މެދުގައި) ދެކެވޭ ވާހަކަތަކެއް ކަމުގައި، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ލެއްވީމެވެ. އަދި އެތަންމިތަނަށް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ވަކިކުރައްވައި ވިއްސިވިހާލި ކުރެއްވީމެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަމުގައި ބޮޑަށް ކެތްތެރިވެ، ގިނަގިނައިން شكر ވެރިވާ ކޮންމެ މީހަކަށް ހެކިތަކެއްވާކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

and of his signs are the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the creatures he has spread throughout them; and he is able to gather them at will.
އަދި އުޑުތަކާއި، ބިމާއި، އެ ދެތާނގައި ފަތުރުއްވާފައިވާ ދިރޭތަކެތި ހެއްދެވުމީ، އެކަލާނގެ ކުޅަދުންވަންތަކަމުގެ ހެކިތަކުގެ ތެރެއިންވާ ކަމެކެވެ. އަދި އެކަލާނގެއީ، އެކަލާނގެ އިރާދަކުރައްވާހިނދު، އެތަކެތި އެއްކުރެއްވުމަށް ކުޅަދުންވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

among his signs is the creation of the heavens and earth and all the living creatures he has dispersed throughout them: he has the power to gather them all together whenever he will.
އަދި އުޑުތަކާއި، ބިމާއި، އެ ދެތާނގައި ފަތުރުއްވާފައިވާ ދިރޭތަކެތި ހެއްދެވުމީ، އެކަލާނގެ ކުޅަދުންވަންތަކަމުގެ ހެކިތަކުގެ ތެރެއިންވާ ކަމެކެވެ. އަދި އެކަލާނގެއީ، އެކަލާނގެ އިރާދަކުރައްވާހިނދު، އެތަކެތި އެއްކުރެއްވުމަށް ކުޅަދުންވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

they are not alike. among the people of the scripture is a community that is upright; they recite god’s revelations throughout the night, and they prostrate themselves.
އެއުރެން، ހަމަހަމަވެގެނެއް ނުވެއެވެ. ފޮތުގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ ތެރެއިން ސީދާކަންމަތީ قائم ވެ ތިބޭ ބަޔަކުވެއެވެ. އެއުރެން ރޭގަނޑުގެ ވަގުތުތަކުގައި سجدة ކޮށް ނަމާދުކުރާ حال، اللَّه ބާވައިލެއްވި آية ތައް ކިޔަވަތެވެ.

and how many a generation before them did we destroy who were greater than them in [striking] power and had explored throughout the lands. is there any place of escape?
އަދި އެއުރެންގެ ކުރިން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ކިތައްކިތައް أمّة ހަލާކުކުރެއްވިން ހެއްޔެވެ؟ އެއުރެންނަށްވުރެ، އެ އިހުގެ މީހުން ބާރުގެ ގޮތުން މާގަދަފަދައެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއުރެން ރަށްތަކަށް ދަތުރުކޮށް ހޯދައި ބެލިއެވެ. އެއުރެންނަށް ފިލަންދާނެތަނެއް ފެނުނުހެއްޔެވެ؟

he created the heavens without pillars that you can see, and placed stabilizers on earth lest it shifts with you, and scattered throughout it all kinds of creatures. and from the sky we sent down water, and caused to grow therein of every noble pair.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ފެންނަ ތަނބުތަކަކާ ނުލައި، އެކަލާނގެ އުޑުތައް ހެއްދެވިއެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާއިގެން އެ ބިން ތެޅިފޮޅިގެންފާނެ ކަމަށްޓަކައި، ހަރުލައި ހުންނަ ފަރުބަދަތައް، ބިމުގައި އެކަލާނގެ ލެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި ހިނގާބިނގާ އުޅޭ އެންމެހާ ބާވަތްތަކުގެ ދިރޭ ތަކެތި އެބިމުގައި ފެތުރުއްވިއެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އުޑުން ފެންވެއްސެވީމެވެ. ދެން އޭގެ ސަބަބުން އެ ބިމުގައި މަންފާ ގިނަ ރަނގަޅު ހުރިހާ ބާވަތަކުން، ގަސްގަހާގެހި ފެޅުއްވީމެވެ.

[allah] said, "then indeed, it is forbidden to them for forty years [in which] they will wander throughout the land. so do not grieve over the defiantly disobedient people."
އެކަލާނގެ وحى ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަން (އެބަހީ: مقدّس ވެގެންވާ ރަށުގެ ބިމަށް ވަނުން) އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް حرام ކުރައްވާފައިވެއެވެ. ސާޅީސް އަހަރުވާންދެނެވެ. ދެވޭނުދެވޭ ތަނެއް ނޭނގި ބިމުގައި ބެހިގެން އެއުރެން އުޅުމަށެވެ. ފަހެ، فاسق ވި قوم ގެމީހުންގެ މައްޗަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ހިތާމަ ނުކުރައްވާށެވެ!
