(یہ لوگ) جنہوں نے شعیب کی تکذیب کی تھی ایسے برباد ہوئے تھے کہ گویا وہ ان میں کبھی آباد ہی نہیں ہوئے تھے (غرض) جنہوں نے شعیب کو جھٹلایا وہ خسارے میں پڑگئے

they will not there hear any vain discourse, but only salutations of peace: and they will have therein their sustenance, morning and evening.
اس جنّت میں سلام کے علاوہ کوئی لغو آواز سننے میں نہ آئے گی اور انہیں صبح و شام رزق ملتا رہے گا

but we found not there any household of the muslims except one [i.e. lout (lot) and his two daughters].
اور اس میں ایک گھر کے سوا مسلمانوں کا کوئی گھر نہ پایا

he is the creator of the heavens and the earth: when he decrees a thing, he merely says, "be," and there it is.
(وہی) آسمانوں اور زمین کا موجد ہے۔ جب وہ کسی کام کے کرنے کا فیصلہ کر لیتا ہے۔ تو اسے بس اتنا ہی کہتا ہے کہ ہو جا اور وہ ہو جاتا ہے۔
