اور (بھی) اس کی (قدرت کی) نشانی تمہاری راتوں اور دن کی نیند میں ہے اور اس کے فضل (یعنی روزی) کو تمہارا تلاش کرنا بھی ہے۔ جو لوگ (کان لگا کر) سننے کے عادی ہیں ان کے لئے اس میں بہت سی نشانیاں ہیں

and eat of that wherewith allah hath provided you as lawful and clean; and fear allah in whom ye are believers.
اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے جو چیزیں تم کو دی ہیں ان میں سے حلال مرغوب چیزیں کھاؤ اور اللہ تعالیٰ سے ڈرو جس پر تم ایمان رکھتے ہو

'o adam dwell with your wife in paradise, and eat from whatever you please; but never approach this tree or you shall both become harmdoers'
اور اے آدم تو اور تیرا جوڑا جنت میں رہو تو اُس سے جہاں چاہو کھاؤ اور اس پیڑ کے پاس نہ جانا کہ حد سے بڑھنے والوں میں ہو گے،

children of adam! take your adornment at every time of prayer; and eat and drink without going to excesses. for allah does not like those who go to excess.
اے آدم کی اولاد تم مسجد کی حاضری کے وقت اپنا لباس پہن لیا کرو اور کھاؤ اور پیئو اور حد سے نہ نکلو بے شک الله حد سے نکلنے والوں کو پسند نہیں کرتا
