اب اگر یہ لوگ تمہیں جھٹلاتے ہیں تو اِن سے پہلے گزرے ہوئے لوگ بھی جھٹلا چکے ہیں اُن کے پاس ان کے رسول کھلے دلائل اور صحیفے اور روشن ہدایات دینے والی کتاب لے کر آئے تھے

those who oppose god and his messenger will be humiliated, as were their predecessors. we have sent down clear revelations. a humiliating punishment awaits those who deny the truth.
بیشک جو لوگ اللہ اور اس کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے عداوت رکھتے ہیں وہ اسی طرح ذلیل کئے جائیں گے جس طرح اُن سے پہلے لوگ ذلیل کئے جاچکے ہیں اور بیشک ہم نے واضح آیتیں نازل فرما دی ہیں، اور کافروں کے لئے ذِلت انگیز عذاب ہے،

and indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge me.
تو بیشک ان ظالموں کے لیے عذاب کی ایک باری ہے جیسے ان کے ساتھ والوں کے لیے ایک باری تھی تو مجھ سے جلدی نہ کریں
