preparation method 1. wash the chicken breast and pat dry. cut the chicken into thin. 2. add the marinade ingredients to the chicken . then mix well and marinate for about 20 mins.. 3. prepare the vegetable and wash thoroughly. cut into slice . 4. in a bowl, add in all the ingredients for sauce ( except the chili flakes and mix wel cooking method 1. heat a large frying pan to a medium-high heat with a good drizzle of olive oil. add the chicken to the pan and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 10-14 minute 2. tip: chicken is cooked through when it's no longer pink inside. 3. after the chicken is cook. cut into slice cool 4. quickly transfer to a plate. heat the small pot add the water, worcestershire sauce, dark soy sauce, sweet paprika,corntarch mix until become sauce if you like little sweet add brown sugar set aside to make it cool. 5. heat up the oil over high heat, then add in the vegetable and stir fry, mixing well. do not overcook otherwise it will be too limp.tur off the heat then add the spinach and mix. 6. place the cook chicken in a big mixing bowl. add the vegetable, add the sichuan sauce mix until combine. note make sure beffore you mix all ingrediets is alredy cool. 7. transfer in the salad plate . put the sesame seed on top of salad.
