and those who do not give false testimony, and when they pass near some indecency, they pass by it saving their honour.
Ва онон, ки ба дурӯғ шоҳидӣ намедиҳанд ва чун бар нописандӣ бигзаранд, ба шитоб аз он дурӣ меҷӯянд.

and, do not take a small price for my verses. those who do not judge with what allah has sent down are the unbelievers.
Ва ҳар кӣ мувофиқи оёте, ки Худо нозил кардааст, ҳукм накунад, кофир аст.

allah judges with justice, while those whom they invoke besides him do not judge by anything. indeed it is allah who is the all-hearing, the all-seeing.
Худо ба ҳақ доварӣ мекунад. Вале касоне, ки ғайри Ӯ ба худоӣ мехонанд, ҳеҷ довари натавонанд, зеро Худо мешунавад ва мебинад!

and whosoever does not judge by what allah has revealed, such are the kafirun (i.e. disbelievers - of a lesser degree as they do not act on allah's laws).
Ва ҳар кӣ мувофиқи оёте, ки Худо нозил кардааст, ҳукм накунад, кофир аст.

and we do not lay on any soul a burden except to the extent of its ability, and with us is a book which speaks the truth, and they shall not be dealt with unjustly.
Бар ҳеҷ кас ҷуз ба миқдори тавонаш таклиф на- мекунем. Ва назди Мо китобест, ки ба ҳақ сухан мегӯяд.

we are two disputants, one of whom has wronged the other, therefore judge fairly between us and do not judge unjustly – and show us the right way.”
Гуфтанд: «Матарс, мо ду даъвогар ҳастем, ки яке бар дигаре ситам кардааст. Миёни мо ба ҳақ довари кун ва пой аз адолат берун манеҳ ва моро ба рохи рост ҳидоят кун.

and allah renders the true judgement; and those whom they worship instead of him do not judge at all; indeed allah only, is the all hearing, the all seeing.
Худо ба ҳақ доварӣ мекунад. Вале касоне, ки ғайри Ӯ ба худоӣ мехонанд, ҳеҷ довари натавонанд, зеро Худо мешунавад ва мебинад!

and we do not burden any soul beyond its capacity, and with us is a book* that speaks the truth, and they will not be wronged. (* the preserved tablet or the record of one’s deeds.)
Бар ҳеҷ кас ҷуз ба миқдори тавонаш таклиф на- мекунем. Ва назди Мо китобест, ки ба ҳақ сухан мегӯяд.

and they followed what the devils used to read during the rule of sulaiman (solomon – peace and blessings be upon him); and sulaiman did not disbelieve, but the devils disbelieved – they teach people magic; and that which was sent down to the two angels, harut and marut in babylon; and the two (angels) never taught a thing to anyone until they used to say, “we are only a trial, therefore do not lose your faith” and they used to learn from them that by which they cause division between man and his wife; and they cannot harm anyone by it except by allah’s command; and they learn what will harm them, not benefit them; and surely they know that whoever bargains for this will not have a share in the hereafter; and for what an abject thing they have sold themselves; if only they knew!
Ва низ он афсун, ки бар он ду фаришта ---- Ҳорут ва Морут дар Бобул нозил шуд, дар ҳоле, ки, он ду ба ҳар кас, ки ҷодугарӣ меомӯхтанд, мегуфтанд: «Кори мо фитна аст, мабод кофир шавӣ». Ва мардум аз он ду ҷодуҳе меомӯхтанд, ки метавонистанд миёни зану шӯй ҷудоӣ афкананд ва онон ҷуз ба фармони Худо ба касе зиёне намерасониданд ва он чӣ мардум меомӯхтанд, ба онҳо зиён мерасонид, на суд.
