(it will then become evident that) those who called the lie to meeting with allah were utter losers and were not rightly-directed. underlies this sharp remark is the faint hope that perhaps such people would be shaken out of their slumber.
அவன் அவர்களை ஒன்று சேர்க்கும் நாளில், தாங்கள் (ஒரு) பகலில் சொற்ப காலமே இவ்வுலகில் தங்கியிருந்ததாக (அவர்கள் எண்ணுவார்கள்; அப்போது) தம்மில் ஒருவரை ஒருவர் அறிந்து கொள்வார்கள். அல்லாஹ்வின் சந்திப்பைப் பொய்ப்படுத்தியவர்கள் நிச்சயமாக நஷ்டம் அடைந்து விட்டார்கள்; மேலும் அவர்கள் நேர்வழி பெற்றிருக்கவில்லை.
