தூசி இருந்து நாங்கள் வந்து தூசி நாங்கள் திரும்ப

assuredly thou art calling them to a straight path;
மேலும், நிச்சயமாக நீர் அவர்களை ஸிராத்தும் முஸ்தகீம் (நேரான வழியின்) பக்கமே அழைக்கின்றீர்.

surely, thou art seeing us.
"நிச்சயமாக, நீ எங்களை நோக்கியவனாகவே இருக்கிறாய்" (என்றார்)

so when thou art empty, labour,
எனவே, (வேலைகளிலிருந்து) நீர் ஓய்ந்ததும் (இறைவழியிலும், வணக்கத்திலும்) முயல்வீராக.

lo! thou art of those sent
நிச்சயமாக, நீர் (நம்) தூதர்களில் உள்ளவராவீர்.

lo! thou art ever seeing us.
"நிச்சயமாக, நீ எங்களை நோக்கியவனாகவே இருக்கிறாய்" (என்றார்)

remind them, for thou art but a remembrancer,
ஆகவே, (நபியே! இவற்றைக் கொண்டு) நீர் நல்லுபதேசம் செய்வீராக, நிச்சயமாக நீர் நல்லுபதேசம் செய்பவர் தாம்.

thou art mortal, and they are mortal;
நிச்சயமாக நீரும் மரிப்பவர் நிச்சயமாக அவர்களும் மரிப்பவர்களே.

and the mountains will be powdered to dust.
இன்னும் மலைகள் தூள் தூளாக ஆக்கப்படும் போது,

so turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy.
ஆகவே (நபியே!) நீர் அவர்களைப் புறக்கணித்து (விலகி) விடும்; (அப்படி நீர் விலகிவிடுவீராயின் அதற்காக) நீர் பழிக்கப்படமாட்டீர்.

admonish thou then; thou art but an admonisher.
ஆகவே, (நபியே! இவற்றைக் கொண்டு) நீர் நல்லுபதேசம் செய்வீராக, நிச்சயமாக நீர் நல்லுபதேசம் செய்பவர் தாம்.

he said: lo! thou art of those reprieved
"நிச்சயமாக நீ அவகாசம் சொடுக்கப்பட்டவர்களில் உள்ளவனே" என (அல்லாஹ்) கூறினான்.

allah said: verily thou art of the respited.
(அதற்கு அல்லாஹ்) "நிச்சயமாக நீ அவகாசம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டவர்களில் ஒருவனாவாய்" என்று கூறினான்.

he said: then lo! thou art of those reprieved
"நிச்சயமாக, நீ அவகாசம் அளிக்கப்பட்டோரில் ஒருவானாவாய்;"

'taste! surely thou art the mighty, the noble.
"நீ (இதைச்) சுவைத்துப்பார்! நிச்சயமாக நீ வல்லமை சாலியாகவும், சங்கையுடையவனாகவும் இருந்தாய்!

"for thou art he that (ever) regardeth us."
"நிச்சயமாக, நீ எங்களை நோக்கியவனாகவே இருக்கிறாய்" (என்றார்)

and it destroyed everything over which it passed and reduced it to dust.
(க்காற்றான)து தன் எதிரில் பட்டதையெல்லாம் தூள் தூளாக்காமல் விடவில்லை.

allah said: get thee forth therefrom verify thou art driven away.
(அப்போது இறைவன்) "இதிலிருந்து நீ வெளியேறு! ஏனெனில் நிச்சயமாக நீ விரட்டப்பட்டவனாகி விட்டாய்" எனக் கூறினான்.

he said: then go thou forth from hence, for lo! thou art outcast.
"அவ்வாறாயின், நீ இங்கிருந்து வெளியேறிவிடு நிச்சயமாக நீ விரட்டப்பட்டவனாக இருக்கிறாய்."
