satan promises them and arouses desire in them. but satan does not promise them except delusion.
ஷைத்தான் அவர்களுக்கு வாக்களிக்கிறான்;. அவர்களுக்கு வீணான எண்ணங்களையும் உண்டாக்குகிறான்;. மேலும் அந்த ஷைத்தான் ஏமாற்றுவதைத் தவிர வேறு (எதனையும்) அவர்களுக்கு வாக்களிக்கவில்லை.

he gives them promises and excites vain desires in them; and the shaitan does not promise them but to deceive.
ஷைத்தான் அவர்களுக்கு வாக்களிக்கிறான்;. அவர்களுக்கு வீணான எண்ணங்களையும் உண்டாக்குகிறான்;. மேலும் அந்த ஷைத்தான் ஏமாற்றுவதைத் தவிர வேறு (எதனையும்) அவர்களுக்கு வாக்களிக்கவில்லை.

he makes them promises and gives them [false] hopes, yet satan does not promise them anything but delusion.
ஷைத்தான் அவர்களுக்கு வாக்களிக்கிறான்;. அவர்களுக்கு வீணான எண்ணங்களையும் உண்டாக்குகிறான்;. மேலும் அந்த ஷைத்தான் ஏமாற்றுவதைத் தவிர வேறு (எதனையும்) அவர்களுக்கு வாக்களிக்கவில்லை.

and beguile whomsoever of them you can with your voice, and collect against them your forces riding and on foot, and share with them in wealth and children, and hold out promises to them; and the shaitan makes not promises to them but to deceive:
"இன்னும் அவர்களிலிருந்து நீ எவரை (வழி சறுகச் செய்ய) சக்தி பெற்றிருக்கிறாயோ அவர்களை உன் கூப்பாட்டைக் கொண்டு வழி சறுகச் செய்; உன்னுடைய குதிரைப் படையையும் காலாட்படையையும் கொண்டு அவர்களுக்கு எதிராக முழக்கமிடச் செய், அவர்களுடைய செல்வங்களிலும், குழந்தைகளிலும் நீ கூட்டாக இருந்து கொள்; அவர்களுக்கு(ப் பொய்யான) வாக்குறுதிகளையும் கொடு!" (என்றும் அல்லாஹ் கூறினான்) ஆகவே, ஷைத்தான் அவர்களுக்கு வாக்களிப்பதெல்லாம் வெறும் ஏமாற்றேயன்றி வேறில்லை.

“and mislead those whom you can among them with your voice, and raise an army against them with your cavalry and infantry, and be their partner in wealth and children, and give them promises”; and satan does not promise them except with deception.
"இன்னும் அவர்களிலிருந்து நீ எவரை (வழி சறுகச் செய்ய) சக்தி பெற்றிருக்கிறாயோ அவர்களை உன் கூப்பாட்டைக் கொண்டு வழி சறுகச் செய்; உன்னுடைய குதிரைப் படையையும் காலாட்படையையும் கொண்டு அவர்களுக்கு எதிராக முழக்கமிடச் செய், அவர்களுடைய செல்வங்களிலும், குழந்தைகளிலும் நீ கூட்டாக இருந்து கொள்; அவர்களுக்கு(ப் பொய்யான) வாக்குறுதிகளையும் கொடு!" (என்றும் அல்லாஹ் கூறினான்) ஆகவே, ஷைத்தான் அவர்களுக்கு வாக்களிப்பதெல்லாம் வெறும் ஏமாற்றேயன்றி வேறில்லை.

and [remember] when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is disease said, "allah and his messenger did not promise us except delusion,"
மேலும் (அச்சமயம் நயவஞ்சகர்கள்) முனாஃபிக்குகளும், எவர்களின் இருதயங்களில் நோயிருந்ததோ அவர்களும், "அல்லாஹ்வும், அவனுடைய தூதரும் நமக்கு ஏமாற்றத்தைத் தவிர (வேறு) எதையும் வாக்களிக்கவில்லை" என்று கூறிய சமயத்தையும் நினைவு கூருங்கள்.
