say: 'if what you say is true, bring down from allah a book that is a better guidance than both, i will follow it'
ஆகவே, "நீங்கள் உண்மையாளர்களாக இருந்தால், இவ்விரண்டையும் விட நேர்வழிக்காட்டக் கூடிய வேதத்தை அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்து நீங்கள் கொண்டு வாருங்கள்; நானும் அதைப்பின்பற்றுகிறேன்" என்று (நபியே!) நீர் கூறும்.

o mankind! indeed the clear proof from your lord has come to you, and we have sent down to you a bright light. (the holy prophet is a clear proof from allah.)
மனிதர்களே! உங்கள் இறைவனிடமிருந்து உங்களுக்கு (உறுதியான) அத்தாட்சி வந்து விட்டது. தெளிவான பேரொளியையும் உங்களிடம் இறக்கி வைத்துள்ளோம்.

and of mankind is he who payeth for mere pastime of discourse, that he may mislead from allah's way without knowledge, and maketh it the butt of mockery. for such there is a shameful doom.
(இவர்கள் தவிர) மனிதர்களில் சிலர் இருக்கின்றார்கள் - அவர்கள் அறிவில்லாமல் வீணான பேச்சக்களை விலைக்கு வாங்கி, (அவற்றால் மக்களை) அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையிலிருந்து வழி கெடுக்கவும், அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையைப் பரிகாசமாக்கிக் கொள்ளவும் (முயல்கிறார்கள்) இத்தகையோருக்கு இழிவுதரும் வேதனையுண்டு.

you are always ready to walk with me through hard times and multiply my joy in good times. you are a gift from god that i don’t deserve.”
கடினமான காலங்களில் என்னுடன் நடக்கவும், நல்ல நேரத்தில் என் மகிழ்ச்சியைப் பெருக்கவும் நீங்கள் எப்போதும் தயாராக இருக்கிறீர்கள்.

and this qur'an is such that it could not be composed by any unless it be revealed from allah. it is a confirmation of the revelation made before it and a detailed exposition of the book. beyond doubt it is from the lord of the universe.
இந்த குர்ஆன் அல்லாஹ் அல்லாத வேறு யாராலும் கற்பனை செய்யப்பட்டதன்று; (அல்லாஹ்வே அதை அருளினான்.) அன்றியும், அது முன்னால் அருளப்பட்ட வேதங்களை மெய்ப்பித்து அவற்றிலிள்ளவற்றை விவரிப்பதாகவும் இருக்கிறது. (ஆகவே) இது அகிலங்களுக்கெல்லாம் (இறைவனாகிய) ரப்பிடமிருந்து என்பதில் சந்தேகமேயில்லை.

among the people is he who buys diversionary talk that he may lead [people] astray from allah’s way without any knowledge, and he takes it in derision. for such there is a humiliating punishment.
(இவர்கள் தவிர) மனிதர்களில் சிலர் இருக்கின்றார்கள் - அவர்கள் அறிவில்லாமல் வீணான பேச்சக்களை விலைக்கு வாங்கி, (அவற்றால் மக்களை) அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையிலிருந்து வழி கெடுக்கவும், அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையைப் பரிகாசமாக்கிக் கொள்ளவும் (முயல்கிறார்கள்) இத்தகையோருக்கு இழிவுதரும் வேதனையுண்டு.

and solomon succeeded david and said: "o people, we have been taught the speech of birds and we have been endowed with all kinds of things. surely this is a conspicuous favour (from allah)."
பின்னர், ஸுலைமான் தாவூதின் வாரிசானார் அவர் கூறினார்; "மனிதர்களே! பறவைகளின் மொழி எங்களுக்குக் கற்றுக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது மேலும், நாங்கள் எல்லா விதப் பொருள்களிலிருந்தும் (ஏராளமாக) அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளோம்; நிச்சயமாக இது தெளிவான அருள் கொடையாகும்.
