ஆகவே, உங்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கப் பட்டிருப்பதெல்லாம், இவ்வுலக வாழ்ககையின் (அற்ப) சுகங்களேயாகும்; ஈமான் கொண்டு, தங்கள் இறைவனையே முற்றிலும் நம்பியிருப்பவர்களுக்கு, அல்லாஹ்விடம் இருப்பது மிகவும் மேலானதும் நிலையானதுமாகும்.

and remember when your lord proclaimed, “if you give thanks, i will give you more, and if you are ungrateful then (know that) my punishment is severe.”
("இதற்காக எனக்கு) நீங்கள் நன்றி செலுத்தினால், உங்களுக்கு நிச்சயமாக நான் (என்னருளை) அதிகமாக்குவேன்; (அவ்வாறில்லாது) நீங்கள் மாறு செய்தீர்களானால் நிச்சயமாக என்னுடைய வேதனை மிகக் கடுமையானதாக இருக்கும்" என்று உங்களுக்கு இறைவன் அறிக்கை இட்டதையும் (நினைவு கூறுங்கள்).
