ஓர் அடியாரை - அவர் தொழும்போது,

fire of allah, kindled,
அது எரிந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் அல்லாஹ்வின் நெருப்பாகும்.

அது எரிந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் அல்லாஹ்வின் நெருப்பாகும்.

a servant of ours from prayer?
ஓர் அடியாரை - அவர் தொழும்போது,

save the bondmen of allah sincere.
அல்லாஹ்வுடைய அந்தரங்க சுத்தியான அடியார்களைத் தவிர.

the fire of allah, that is ablaze.
அது எரிந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் அல்லாஹ்வின் நெருப்பாகும்.

so be wary of allah and obey me.’
ஆகவே, அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு அஞ்சுங்கள்; எனக்கும் வழிபடுங்கள் (என்று நூஹ் கூறியபோது),

but for the sincere worshipers of allah,
அல்லாஹ்வுடைய அந்தரங்க சுத்தியான அடியார்களோ (எனின்)-

(it is) the kindled fire of allah,
அது எரிந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் அல்லாஹ்வின் நெருப்பாகும்.

(it is) the fire of allah, kindled,
அது எரிந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் அல்லாஹ்வின் நெருப்பாகும்.

and thus proclaim the message (of allah)!
(நினைவூட்டும்) வேதத்தை ஓதுவோர் மீது சத்தியமாக,

but the bondmen of allah, the sincere ones -
அல்லாஹ்வுடைய அந்தரங்க சுத்தியான அடியார்களோ (எனின்)-

[it is] the fire of allah, set ablaze,
அது எரிந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் அல்லாஹ்வின் நெருப்பாகும்.

and is afraid (of allah and his punishment),
அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு அஞ்சியவராக-

all of them except the chosen servants of allah.
அந்தரங்க சுத்தியான அல்லாஹ்வின் அடியார்களைத் தவிர்த்து.

but not so the servants of allah, the purified ones.
அந்தரங்க சுத்தியான அல்லாஹ்வின் அடியார்களைத் தவிர்த்து.

in the name of allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful.
அளவற்ற அருளாளன், நிகரற்ற அன்பாளன், அல்லாஹ்வின் பெயரால்! (தொடங்குகிறேன்).

but the sincere (and devoted) servants of allah,-
அல்லாஹ்வுடைய அந்தரங்க சுத்தியான அடியார்களோ (எனின்)-

and that when the servant of allah stood up calling upon him, they wellnigh crowded him (to death).
"மேலும், நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்வின் அடியார் அவனைப் பிரார்த்தித்தவராக நின்றபோது, அவர்பால் அவர்கள் கூட்டம் கூட்டமாக (வந்து) நெருங்கிவிடுகின்றனர்."
