rozy, roger, for several weeks, i have been in contact with you to constantly evaluate your pipeline. you had communicated me up to mid-january that the following bid requests should arrive in february: - barc global - wgk - accord - srk - alcopa due to this expected high workload, we have decided to proactively strengthen the sda team. currently the status of these bid requests are: - barc global: nrb did not get the rfp because we are not compliant with a french healthcare certification requirement - wgk: we get a rfi but not a rfp (no work for sda) - accor: we get a rfi but not a rfp (no work for sda) - srk: the request is postponed to march - alcopa: none request have been received it means that none of these bid requests did arrive or arrived in a non-appropriated form while we have staffed the team to work on these ones ! i would like you to be aware of this situation. i cannot apply a policy where i proactively staff the team to serve your requests if we finally come to this situation. the pipeline qualification is crucial. i know your job is not easy but this process has to demonstrate better results . i would like to discuss this situation with you and identify how we can work together to avoid, in the future, this kind of situation. regards, laurent
