Περίληψη Η παρούσα μελέτη εστιάζει στο βακτηριολογικό προφίλ τόσο του υδάτινου οικοσυστήματος όσο και των ψαριών από διαφορετικές ιχθυοκαλλιέργειες της Βόρειας και Κεντρικής Δυτικής Ελλάδας που αναπτύσσουν είδη ιχθύων ευρυχαλίνης. Η φυσική μικροχλωρίδα των ψαριών και το νερό των μονάδων ανάπτυξης τους σε επιλεγμένες εκμεταλλεύσεις μελετήθηκαν για περίοδο 20 μηνών. Τα δείγματα που αναλύθηκαν ήταν κυρίως τσιπούρα (sparus aurata) 61,3% και λαβράκι (dicentrarchus labrax) 24%.
