il sopra citato d.lgs. n. 93/11 prevede all’art. 7 comma 4.c) che, qualora un cliente finale connesso alla rete di distribuzione si trovi senza un fornitore di gas naturale e non sussistano i requisiti per l’attivazione del fornitore di ultima istanza, l’impresa di distribuzione territorialmente competente garantisca il bilanciamento della propria rete in relazione al prelievo presso tale punto per il periodo in cui non sia possibile la sua disalimentazione fisica, secondo modalità e condizioni definite dall’autorità.
