(1) la regione biogeografica alpina, di cui all'articolo 1, lettera c), punto iii), della direttiva 92/43/cee, comprende il territorio comunitario delle alpi (austria, italia, germania, francia e slovenia), dei pirenei (francia e spagna), degli appennini (italia), le montagne della fennoscandia settentrionale (svezia e finlandia), i carpazi (polonia, slovacchia e romania) e i monti balcani, rila, pirin, rodopi e sashtinska sredna gora (bulgaria), come specificato nella mappa biogeografica approvata il 25 aprile 2005 dal comitato istituito in virtù dell'articolo 20 di detta direttiva (di seguito "comitato habitat").
(1) the alpine biogeographical region referred to in article 1(c)(iii) of directive 92/43/eec comprises the community territory of the alps (austria, italy, germany, france and slovenia), the pyrenees (france and spain), the apennine mountains (italy), the northern fennoscandian mountains (sweden and finland), the carpathian mountains (poland, slovakia and romania) and the balkan, rila, pirin, rhodope and the sashtinska sredna gora mountains (bulgaria) as specified in the biogeographical map approved on 25 april 2005 by the committee set up by article 20 of that directive, hereinafter "the habitats committee".
