i am writing to you regarding the discussion this morning at mmsjv site office teluk kalong, i was informed that our claim for sideboom caterpillar pl01 rental on may 2022 will be deducted from the (invoice no: mt 1000107 & 1000108) because of the dosh reports. i am appealing this decision because of stop work for sideboom caterpillar pl01 on 18 may 2022 is not our fault. therefore, this is due to the late mmc management reporting to dosh after the incident happened. we have the report for the load functional test with approved in good condition and safe to use at site as per attachment. i am asking that you reconsider this decision. i believe that for positive and kind response to step ahead as is a fairer decision, for the reasons noted above. thank you for reviewing my appeal. please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further clarification.
