proses elektrospin biasanya dikenali sebagai kaedah yang digunakan untuk membuat serat polimer pelbagai dari larutan polimer dengan diameter mulai dari nanometer hingga mikrometer. dalam kajian ini, kesan curcumin terhadap sifat mekanik elektrofun pva pcl nanofiber ditentukan. analisis field scanning electron microscopy (fesem) dan fourier transform infrared spectroscopy attenuated total reflection (ftir atr) digunakan untuk mencirikan nanofiber yang dihasilkan. hasil menunjukkan
results showed that solution concentration strongly affects the fiber surface. the electrospun pva-pcl-cur nanofibers were obtained with defect-free morphology, and their average diameters ranged from 113 ± 58 nm to 145 ± 54 nm. the lowest average fiber diameter belonged to pva-pcl-cur (0.3) nanofibers with the same electrospinning parameters. the tensile strength of pva-pcl-cur increased from 1.41 ± 0.134 mpa to 2.18 ± 0.417 mpa with more addition of cur. nonetheless, pva-pcl-cur (0.3) nanofibers with high curcumin concentration has low contact angle and high hydrophilic property that indicated may increase the cell attachment properties of the membrane. all analysis results and observations have shown that pva-pcl-cur (0.3) nanofiber may be used as an ideal material for wound dressing.
