państwa członkowskie, które uchyliły przepisy ustawowe, wykonawcze i administracyjne dotyczące przyznawania dyplomów, świadectw i innych dokumentów potwierdzających posiadanie kwalifikacji w dziedzinie neuropsychiatrii, radiologii, chirurgii klatki piersiowej, chirurgii naczyniowej, chirurgii gastroenterologicznej, biologii hematologicznej, fizjoterapii, medycyny tropikalnej, podejmując jednocześnie kroki mające na celu zapewnienie swoim obywatelom możliwości korzystania z wcześniej nabytych uprawnień, powinny również stosować te same procedury w stosunku do obywateli innych państw członkowskich, pod warunkiem, iż posiadane przez nich dyplomy, świadectwa, lub inne dokumenty potwierdzające posiadanie kwalifikacji z dziedziny neuropsychiatrii, radiologii, chirurgii klatki piersiowej, chirurgii naczyniowej, chirurgii gastroenterologicznej, biologii hematologicznej, fizjoterapii, medycyny tropikalnej są zgodne z wymogami zawartymi w art. 9 ust. 2 dyrektywy 75/362/ewg lub w art. 2, 3 i 5 dyrektywy 75/363/ewg, o ile wyżej wymienione dyplomy, świadectwa lub inne dokumenty potwierdzające posiadanie kwalifikacji zostały uzyskane, zanim dane państwo członkowskie zaprzestało wydawania takich dyplomów, świadectw lub innych dokumentów potwierdzających posiadanie kwalifikacji w wyżej wymienionych specjalnościach.
those member states which have repealed the provisions laid down by law, regulation or administrative action relating to the award of diplomas, certificates and other evidence of formal qualifications in neuro-psychiatry, radiology, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, gastro-enterological surgery, biological haematology, physiotherapy or tropical medicine and have taken measures relating to acquired rights on behalf of their own nationals, shall recognize the right of nationals of the member states to benefit from those same measures, provided their diplomas, certificates and other evidence of formal qualifications in neuropsychiatry, radiology, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, gastro-enterological surgery, biological haematology, physiotherapy or tropical medicine fulfil the relevant conditions set out either in article 9 (2) of directive 75/362/eec or in articles 2, 3 and 5 of directive 75/363/eec and in so far as the said diplomas, certificates and other evidence of formal qualifications were awarded before the date on which the host member state stopped awarding such diplomas, certificates and other evidence of formal qualification in the specialization concerned.
