apportionment of the cost of cash benefits in cases of sclerogenic pneumoconiosis the following rules shall apply for the implementation of article 57 (3) (c) of the regulation:

in cases of sclerogenic pneumoconiosis, the cost of cash benefits, including pensions, shall be divided among the competent institutions of the member states in whose territory the person concerned pursued an activity likely to cause the disease.
om, i det fall som avses i b, en anställd eller egenföretagare som lider av sklerogen pneumokonios eller av en sjukdom som anges i artikel 57.6, inte har rätt till förmåner enligt den andra medlemsstatens lagstiftning, skall den behöriga institutionen i den förstnämnda medlemsstaten, med beaktande av försämringen, utge förmåner enligt den lagstiftning som den tillämpar.
if, in the case covered by subparagraph (b), an employed or self-employed person suffering from sclerogenic pneumoconiosis or from a disease determined under article 57 (6) is not entitled to benefits under the legislation of the second member state, the competent institution of the first member state shall be bound to provide benefits under the legislation which it administers, taking the aggravation into account.
