truecrypt currently does not support encrypting a whole drive that contains multiple operating systems.possible solutions:- you can still encrypt one of the systems if you go back and choose to encrypt only a single system partition (as opposed to choosing to encrypt the entire system drive).- alternatively, you will be able to encrypt the entire drive if you move some of the systems to other drives leaving only one system on the drive you want to encrypt.
