dylem gael canllawiau ar eiriad gwahanol am benderfyniad a wnaethpwyd , yn gwbl briodol , gan y weithrediaeth neu was sifil
we should have guidelines on a separate wording for a decision that has been made , quite properly , by the executive or a civil servant
cefais fy anesmwytho gan y ffaith y cadarnhawyd cynifer o'm beirniadaethau fy hun gan yr uwch was sifil hwn yn ei nodyn deifiol
it was disconcerting to see so many of my own criticisms confirmed by this senior civil servant in a hard-hitting memo
byddant yn ymweld â swyddfeydd y pleidiau a byddant yn mynd gyda gweinidogion i gynadleddau'r pleidiau , lle na chaniateir i was sifil fynd
they go to party offices and go with ministers to party conferences , where a civil servant would not be allowed to go
yn ei dro , arweiniodd hyn o benderfyniad a wnaethpwyd ddiwedd y 1960au , pan oeddwn yn is was sifil yn yr hen swyddfa gymreig , i sefydlu ystâd ddiwydiannol fawr yn waterton
that in turn , followed on from a decision taken in the late 1960s , when i was a junior civil servant in the former welsh office , to establish a large industrial estate at waterton
mae hynny yr un mor berthnasol i paul sergeant yn y sector di-elw ac ydyw i was cyhoeddus fel yr un y cyfeiriodd nick bourne ato'n gynharach
that applies just as much to paul sergeant in the not-for-profit sector as it does to a public servant such as the one that nick bourne referred to earlier
this weekend i have been to stage coach which is a performing arts school this is on a saturday. we did singing, dancing and acting. first i had dance and we did a warm up and some stretches we went straight into our dance which we are dancing to footloose and there is some fast steps and cool movements. it is good because it’s a happy and lively song so you have to put on a happy face and make the dance look over the top. after dance i had drama we are doing a play that we have scripted it is called “what happened to emily”. the play is a serious genre and a crime investigation. the play is really enjoyable. so that lesson we went over the scenes we did last week and have done some new scenes. in the play i am a councillor for emily. then at the end of drama we played some drama games they were really fun and we played wink murder and did an improvisation activity. last of all at stage coach i had singing we first did some singing exercises to get our voice warmed up and some tongue twisters while singing. then we sang “i’m singing in the rain” but as an acapella version. i did the lower harmony. we also sang “hallelujah” where we made up our own harmony. this was fun. then stage coach ended and i went home and had an indian i had chicken coma this was really nice. i was full after it i didn’t finish it all though.
