Η προσφεύγουσα, με το εισαγωγικό της δίκης έγγραφο, ζητεί από το Πρωτοδικείο να διατάξει την Επιτροπή να της επιτρέψει να συμβουλευθεί τα εξής έγγραφα:
the court considers that both the decision and the statement of objections are procedural documents specifically provided for as such in article 19(1) of regulation no 17 and article 2(1) of commission regulation no 99/63/eec of 25 july 1963 on the hearings provided for in article 19(1) and (2) of council regulation no 17 which define the commission's position vis-à-vis their addressee.

Το άρθρο 14 έχει πρακτική αξία μόνο για την κλήτευση για την ακροαματική διαδικασία που επιδίδεται ή κοινοποιείται στον οφειλέτη όχι με το εισαγωγικό της δίκης έγγραφο αλλά αργότερα.

Εξάλλου, όπως επισημάνθηκε με τη σκέψη 43 της παρούσας αποφάσεως, ορισμένα εθνικά δίκαια δεν προβλέπουν ότι τα αποδεικτικά έγγραφα μιας δικογραφίας πρέπει να προσαρτώνται στο έγγραφο το οποίο τα εν λόγω δίκαια ορίζουν ως εισαγωγικό της δίκης έγγραφο, αλλά επιτρέπουν τη χωριστή κοινοποίησή τους.
moreover, as was pointed out at paragraph 43 above, under some national legal systems there is no requirement for the documentary evidence in a case to be annexed to what is defined as a document instituting the proceedings and they may be communicated separately.
